Description of Work: I asked for an estimate. He was prompt in coming out and the estimate was good. Have not had time to get another estimate but was very happy with the professionalism and how he helped in deciding what all to do. Need to get busy and get this done.

+ 0 moreMy wife and I worked with Andrew and actually went to their showroom twice to make up our mind. We got several estimates and South Bay had just the floor we wanted. We haggled with price a little bit and in the end run we got the premium carpet we wanted and the premium floor. Cost was very detailed as far as what it covered. OUr project was a full floor demo of over 2100 feet and 4 levels of stairs. Included tile, wood, and carpet. The demo was very complicated and took longer than anticipated. Raul led the crew who worked on our house. They were very knowledgeable and thorough about things they found that needed repair and calling things to our attention. They were very helpful in fixing things and finding solutions. There were a couple mishaps, but credit to them for taking care of everything and owning up to any problems that arose from the demo and repairs. Once the installation was complete they were very good about paying attention to detail and fixing anything we had on our punch list. Although the project took longer than anticipated, we were extremely happy with the work. Raul's crew was punctual and worked late. They were attentive and responsive. The final product is truly worthy of a show home. The hardwood floor and stair work is top class. The carpet came out great as well. And after installation they cleaned up very thoroughly as well. Andrew and Raul are definitely two guys that we would highly highly recommend for any flooring needs. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result. We're going to be very proud to showcase our upgrades. A+ for Andrew's efforts to make sure that my wife and I were going to be satisfied and happy with everything.

Description of Work: I bought a "fixer upper" that needed a lot of TLC- Jerry came out, did a round of measurements and steered me in the right direction with hardwood flooring and carpeting recommendations. One of the carpeting guys accidentally nicked the new molding and he had someone there quickly to fix the damage. Great communications, highly reliable and efficient and super high quality workmanship. I will use them for all future flooring.
