Description of Work: The first plumber we had come out only checked one way in our main line, and charged me $69 - and it did nothing. Shamrock came out and cleared both directions and everything was perfect! Cost me $120 and I should have called them in the first place.

Description of Work: Installed laundry service in detached garage, including sump/waste storage container, drainage line, gas line, and water line. The length of the pipe runs was extensive (70+ feet), but there was no place to put laundry in the house so we did not have much in the way of alternatives.

+ -1 moreI had a leak from what I thought was a water line underneath the kitchen sink in an area I could not reach. I called the plumber I had used before. He arrived on time, neatly dressed, listened to me and then made his own assessment. He pulled the faucet out (we have a retractable faucet) tested the water pressure and removed the handle. He then replaced a wornout filter which resolved the problem. He explained to me why that little gasket caused such a problem.
Description of Work: Replaced washer on faucet handle.
