Description of Work: I have responded to this 3 times. I can see customer svc is in name only. You haven't read a word I've written. I paid $119 to Rosie's for 6 hour We never found a compatible date to do work. They were polite with my changes (due to illness & holidays & company. I have not called them back to set a new date. I don't know if they would be willing to meet their commit. at this late stage.
