+ -1 moreOverall, I would use them again if my Home Warranty people made me use them. If it was my choice, I would go with someone else
Description of Work: This company was assigned to me from my Home Warranty company. My sewer backed up in my basement (yes I have a basement in Arizona). The guy was on time. He was dirty like all plumbers are. This was especially dirty because he was walking on sewer water, touching sewer water and then touching the walls and stair rail, etc. I put sheets down to protect my carpet though. He was able to fix the clog. The guy limped severely and had a really hard time walking up and down the stairs and bending over to work. I had to help him because he was having such a hard time getting around.

+ -1 moreIt took them 3 days to get to our house and job, during which we couldn't use any water. They fixed the problem and were professional.
Description of Work: Our main outlet drain was blocked for the entire house. This company was recommended by our home warranty company (AHS).
