 + -1 moreThe difference in the appearance of our tile floor is amazing. It's almost as though I'm living in a new home! They told me that the job would take 2 hours but they actually worked on the tile for 3 and a half hours. They were very obliging, doing areas of the grout over again whenever I wasn't completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: The 500 square feet of tile in our home was installed more than 30 years ago and had never been cleaned, professionally. The title is light in color and so was the grout when it was installed. But, over the years, the grout had almost become black in the traffic areas. Pro Quality cleaned all of the tile and grout and then sealed the grout.

 + -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED, WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY, AND INDICATED THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND HOW THEY WERE TO BE DEALT WITH AT PRESENT AND IN FUTURE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY CLEANED THE ENTIRE CARPET IN MY SIXTEEN HUNDRED SQUARE FOOT TOWN HOUSE. FURNITURE WAS REMOVED,CARPET VACUUMED AND STEAM CLEANED, AND FURNITURE REPLACED.
