Luis and his crew were easy to work with and paid attention to detail at every step of the project. They leveled the ground for the stucco fence. After digging multiple areas for the natural stones for landscaping, they screed the loose dirt for the landscaping. The only "snag" was a difference in price for both the size of columns and cap stones and the number of step stones. Original contract with landscape project manager overseeing the project changed during the course of the work but the increase in price was not given to me until after the completion of the job. It was a surprise ending! If dealing with a third party, verify the nature of the job and the price. But this does not detract from the quality of the work. Six weeks after completion Luis stopped by our house to see the completed project and to ask if we had any concerns.
