Everything went great with the service and with him. I will definitely use him again.

I had no problem with the service provider. They were prompt and professional, however, because of problems with my walls the dry wall service could not be completed.

Everything was fine. They had some problems getting the job completed.

They did good work and I am very glad I hired them. They offered a good deal for their service and I was happy with the work.

It turned out really well. They were very clear upfront about the cost of the jobs. The service person came when expected and they were clean and thorough. The scheduling was very easy and he worked about 6 hours a day for 5 days. Everything went smoothly.

The provider was slightly more expensive compared to hiring a handyman directly. However, the quality of service, peace of mind, and responsiveness was well worth the additional cost. Everyone within the organization from customer service up to the owner (yes, I had an issue that required the owner to get involved), was interested in answering my questions and making sure everything was handled in a timely manner. It's nice to know that quality service and value still exists.

Gary was great! After two nights of non-stop beeping, I was desperate to find the reasons for the smoke alarms going off. Gary came out right away (the same day I called) and together we worked on finding the solution. I decided to have all three smoke alarms replaced as they were 14 years old, well beyond their normal useful life. Once we decided on the solution, Gary was very quick and efficient. He was also courteous and sympathetic, and he did not talk on and on, as sometimes repair folks do (although chatting is well-intentioned, it does tend to increase the cost). Hurray, I got a full night's sleep - thank you Gary and Mr. Handyman!

Mr. Adam Burgess (Mr. Handyman) was punctual and courteous. One of the fans did not come with the extension rod and luckily he had one on his car, so he supplied it. He did an excellent job! After he finish the installation, he cleaned the area. I really recommend him.

The ad on Angie's List indicated that Mr. Handyman was a licensed contractor. In the ad, they indicated that they did plumbing, electrical and much more. I needed a plumber who could move a gas pipe (to my stovetop) a few inches - it's already installed by placed in the way of some new drawers I want to install). They emailed on Monday morning and said they don't do any gas. It would have been nice to have some delineation of what plumbing services they DO provide. Installing water heaters usually means they also handle the gas lines going to the water heaters. I found another plumber on Angie's List. I need the refund to pay him. The service provider came out, walked him around showing him what needs to be done. Wanted to hook up my VCR's and hang some paintings. Service provider left my house and never came back. Received a phone call from Mr. Handyman stating that the tech wasn't comfortable with doing the job and told me to get a refund.

Went so well we used them for electrical work two weeks later.

I contacted Mr. Handyman, both by Message and email with a fairly detailed description on what I needed done. I called today to set up an appointment for an estimate. I left a message to have my call returned. The call was returned about 15 minutes later by a pleasant young woman. She didn't seem to have a handle on what I wanted done. She told me that they give estimates over the phone and if it couldn't be estimated over the phone I would need to pay their hourly rate and travel time (I think). She told me to install grab bars in my bathrooms the cost would be between $260 and $360. She figured half an hour each. At four bars that is 2 hours. That is $130 to $180 per hour. I have the equivalent of a PhD and don't earn anything near that with fifty years of experience. She tolod me that the painting would have to be estimated at my house requiring and hourly charge for the estimate. When I was in the business world and was bidding a job or contract, my prep time and presentation time were on me. She said that is the way they do business so I thanked her for her time and wrote this evaluation. I called another handyman on the list and he will be at the house around 1 pm for an estimate.

They were very, very nice. The receptionist made the statement "We just want to make you happy." It took 3 trips to get the job done. I was surprised by a trip charge that was assessed on 2 of their trips. I also did not like giving my credit card over the phone. They worked hard to get the work done.

David was very responsive and even called and texted over the weekend. In the end, it was just a bit more than what I had expected to pay for this particular job.

He arrived on time. He reviewed the work I wanted done and then explained what he would do and how many hours it would take to complete the work. He worked efficiently and quickly. After completion he reviewed his work with me. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed by Adam.

I am happy they came, I guess it could have been worse if Reilly didnt tell me I needed to replace everything. He showed me a wire that had a knick in it from the previous installer years ago, which could have turned into a fire in the right conditions. While Im happy with everything they did for us, Im irritated something small turned into a huge project. Its nor their fault, they could have saved me from building a new home. Thank you Reilly.

Daniel did the work and he is very professional. The work turned out well. He went and got a line that rock climbers use and he put that on there to make sure the chandelier would not move.

They were professional, provided good service, and they stuck with the price that was quoted. They found a fault and they suggested the drywall work should not be done due to a found plumbing issue. They ended up doing the other work described and they were very flexible in changing the work that needed to be done. We were very pleased with service and they were prompt and on time.

The gentlemen worked quickly and efficiently and got everything done on the list. He cleaned up really well when he left. I would definately use them, it was a very easy process to fix a small list of outstanding projects!

Adam was professional,prompt and did an extremely good job.We are very pleased with his work.We would recommend this company.However,be aware of their prices,even with a coupon purchased on Angie's List.

The repairs were excellent. The details of what I wanted down however were not transmitted correctly from the order desk to the person making the repairs. I asked to have patched a 5 foot x 10 foot section of drywall but the order taker somehow changed it to 5 inch x 10 inch. The repair guy showed with not enough material and had to go back and get it. I was not billed for any of this and was home for the day anyway so not really a bother to me but for someone with limited time it could have been a deal breaker. Everyone was apolgetic for what happened and the quality of the work was great as was the repairman. Overall I am satisfied and would use again.
