Very well. Clean, professional, on time. A bit pricey but I'm presuming comparable to other Handyman services.

Gustave was on time and nice. I had a few smaller projects that needed to be taken care of. He moved from one task to the next quickly and knew exactly what to do.

This is ridiculously expensive. They charge you almost $300 for 2 hours for 1 person. And they only work 8 to 5, so if you are working you can't even make an appt with them. So I thought this was all too ridiculous and a waste of time calling them. I would never use them. This only works for stay at home moms who have a lot of money to spend and can stay home and wait for the handyman.

Very well, Eddy worked very quickly and expertly. He explained the danger of removing a 30 year old mirror but he was able to get it down in one piece! I was concerned that it cost by the hour but Eddy was great, he worked the entire time. He even told me what to buy and I was able to send someone while he worked on another project!

It is 7/7 and the promised handymen have not shown and did not contact me. I called the same office at the same number and spoke with a different operator, who showed no record of my appointment. According to the operator, I must have reached the "after hour" operator previously and I could reschedule. No, thanks, Mr. Handyman. Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice- shame on me!

After 1 no call, no show from the 1 provider I called from Angies List and a text cancellation from the 2 provider, Iwent back on to Angies List to look again. This provider was close and had "good" ratings, so I called. After trying to book a late afternnon, early evening appointment, I was told we don't go past 5:00 to which I replied your ad says different. The receptionist said "I don't know why our ad says that, but no, we don't!" So I said I'll call Angies List and hung up.

Steven arrived precisely at noon- a nice surprise when one is given a two-hour window. He and I reviewed my list of tasks and he then assembled his tools and set to work. I appreciated that he asked for my input on the height and positioning of the grab bar before installation. He was quite efficient at each task, confirming my preferences and explaining functionality/process as applicable. I was grateful for his advice to forego the weather stripping around the decorative security door as he pointed out that the door was not plumb to the frame and that we would experience difficulty in closing the door without some force. In addition, he explained that my assumed solution for shoring up my storage cabinet wasn't optimal because of the composition of the shelves themselves (aka cheap). In fact, what I had already done had further compromised the structural integrity of the thing...another reminder that you get what you pay for. He left no mess. He knows a lot. He checks his work. So while $300+ sounds abit on the high end, and that included the 10% AL discount, I am assured that everything was done very well...I won't need to hire anyone else to fix something done less than perfectly.

Table looks great and works like a charm. Showed up on time and was very friendly. Even my meat head yellow lab, who is a good judge of character, liked him. Took a little longer than he thought, which translated to more $, but in the end it got done and was ready for Thanksgiving! Also wanted him to hide the wires for my tv's in our game room and master bedroom, but he needed a 2nd person to do that so will be bringing them back very soon for that and a list of other stuff we need done. It's pricey, but in the interest of my sanity, money well spent!

He came out right away. I ended up using my contractor and I kind of regretted it. I'm gonna call him back this year. He was very professional. He was friendly but I don't why I ended up using my contractor. I should have used him because I liked him but our contractor was here working so I thought of using them but that was a mistake because they did not know how to do Christmas lights. He was great. I'd give him an A for his responsiveness and his quote was good and everything. I called him from work. He came after work.

They're great if you need a job done quickly. They are reliable.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that Mr. Handyman sent to help me with my flat screen tv installation. He was great in all manner and I would highly recommend his firm again.

There were vents that were missed and I wanted them to come back to fix these areas. When I called them they knew exactly who I was when I gave them my phone number, however, they told me that the company that had been out to my house previously was no longer in business. I have vents that were nailed in and have rusted now and are coming apart from the house. This company wanted to charge me $62.00 just to come out and then $58.00 per 1/2hr to do the repairs. This company also stated that the previous company had given them their business contacts/clients.

We had a mouse chew through the hoses to our dishwasher causing water to leak all over the kitchen wood floor. An emergency flood repair crew removed the dishwasher and dried out the walls and floor, removing the baseboard and under cabinet toe kick and poking holes in the drywall behind the dishwasher in the process. When I contacted Mr. Handyman via their online form, they called me and sent Steven out the next day. He filled in the holes and got the necessary hoses and repaired the dishwasher and reinstalled it. He also purchased new baseboard and painted it to match the rest of the boards in the kitchen. I have to order matching toe kick wood (which he told me how to do), and Steven will return and install the baseboard and toe kick at a future time.

It was fine. It wasn't such a Big Deal from the standpoint of what he had to do. My understanding is that handyman office closed down.

Fantastic! I started by emailing to get more information and Faith emailed back immediately. Very responsive and helpful. She even helped research possible doggie doors for my condo. She went above and beyond, which gave me a great impression right off the bat. After the initial emails, I held off on the install because I wasn't sure if I was going to get a dog after all. When I made a decision 5 months later to go ahead with the install, Faith remembered me and quickly set up the appointment for that week. Quinn was the handyman that worked on the door and he was great! He arrived with a smile and got started right away on the install. He did a great job and was very professional. I feel like this company was such a great find and I would absolutely use them again for any upcoming projects.

Very prompt, friendly, polite and competent. Work included installing a new deadlock and hanging a dartboard.

He did a lot of work in the 4 hours and I was very happy with it. I just thought it was a bit expensive.

They were great but I don't understand why they ran out of business. So we were very pleased with the work and service and we would definitely use them again. They were knowledgeable, timely, they got the job done efficiently. They were neat and we were very satisfied overall.

The dispatcher was very responsive and informative. Daniel the handyman is excellent at his job. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again to do more work.

They were good and showed up on time. They did a good job and I appreciated that. They came out very quickly and get the stuffs done for me so that was nice. They even scheduled two weeks in advance.

The Handyman was very nice. He worked slowly and did not clean up after the job. Changed the filter in my refrigerator and it popped out the same day - I cannot get it to stay in place. The filter is not working so the icemaker and water dispensing units are not working. He could not hang one chandelier, it was too high. Not his fault - glad he told me.

Drywall and painting work to patch up and repair holes in my kitchen ceiling that were cut to fix a water leak in one of my overhead pipes. Also, reinstalled floor molding and caulked near front door area. Work was very professional and fast. I was a little surprised that they charged me another site visit fee for their second visit to finish up the painting (they needed to wait a day for the drywall work to dry) in addition to the normal hourly charge--I thought this was a bit stingy. However, overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely use them again.
