Description of Work: They installed large doggy door in wall to outside, and built a ramp for dog, and on a different day a pull down attic ladder. I actually ended up using two separate workers from their company. It went well, and they did a good job. Both workers were clean, organized, and quick. They both did great work. The first handyman scheduled activities directly with me, but it wasn't his job to do the scheduling. That caused some confusion and a delay in getting the job done promptly. I liked their service but, for my preference wish they would explain the way they charge up front, versus coming out to give a quote. They have an actual hourly rate, and a per visit charge for coming out. If I used them again, I would save up several projects, and see if I could get someone for 2 straight days.
