We found them to be very expensive and the gentleman that came out was fine but not worth what we spent for the time that he was there.

They were interested in the response and I would certainly go with them again.

They did the work efficiently and they did it well. Steven did the work at my home and he did a good job. I am going to use them again in the future.

We had seen similar ceiling renovation offered in Orange and San Diego Counties but not available in Los Angeles County. I contacted Mr Handyman with sketch of desired renovation (selected based on prior Angie List ratings and ability to provide electrical and general construction skills). Based on sketch and telecom discussion an estimate was provided, work was scheduled and performed to my full satisfaction.

They were very good. They did a thorough job. I spent an hour on the job. They were on time. They did what they said they would do. They stood behind their work. They were a little expensive, but I didn?t have to call them once they were through with the job. It was definitely worth the price I paid. I trust the men that came out to do the work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It was okay. I have found another exceptional handyman so I am not likely to use them again, but they did not do anything incorrectly.

The work was fine and they did a good job. They are very prompt and are usually early. They completed the work in a timely manner and they were very neat. They allowed me to purchase my own supplies, which I appreciated. They were willing to explain what they were doing and why. They try very hard to run a good business and make their customers happy, and I would use them again.

They do good work. The work they did was good quality. The rates they charged were reasonable for what they did, and I would use them again.

Handyman arrived at least 15 minutes early and was waiting when I arrived. I provided parts by my choice. all requested repairs were made. If there were choices to be made with respect to such repairs, the choices were provided by the handyman in sufficient detail to make good decisions. All questions were met with good explanations. Repairs were made in an orderly fashion so as not to waste time. Handyman was very professional and was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly NOT condescending (I am female and sometimes repairmen assume I am stupid or incapable of understanding why they are making repairs). I would hire this contractor again.

I called to make an appointment for the work and was able to schedule the work quickly. I told Mr. Reily I had a few projects and he said he would send the appropriate person. He gave me clear information on how long the job would take and the cost involved. Matt, the handyman, was right on time with all the supplies and tools needed for the job. He used the drywall pieces that has been removed from the walls and ceilings and using wood strips to back them and then reattached the drywall to the studs. He then used draywall compound to smooth the surface. Once dried and sanded he put on a finish coat of compound then did a finish sanding and painting. He was extremely efficient and professional and left my place spotless. I would definately use him again for any other repair jobs I have.

Went fine for the money spent. The key is to have your list of tasks ready so he can move quickly from one task to another in the time frame you have specified. Good job Steven! And Ed was great to proactively call me and tell me Steven was on the way to my place ...Very professional attitude in the booking and confirmation of the appointment....I was impressed- a first time user of Mr. Handyman. Would definately recommend this company to anyone needing handyman services- and have already done so. Keep up the good work Ed and handyman Steven P. !

Overall, my experience with him was good except that the price was just too high. I would not use him in the future.

Showed up on time, did a great job. Was very personable and professional.

They are extremely reliable and complete everything on time, promptly. They are very helpful in giving the homeowner different choices for ways to go about solving the problem. They are clean and take care to cover floors and areas around where they are working. They clean up and take everything with them when they are done, leaving things in good shape.

They provide quality, but they charge for it.

He did ok. I still have peices of wood sticking out from behind the cabinets that he didn't clean up.

They did a very good job. It did turn out to be a lot more expensive then I planned though. It took two men all day to do the job. The next day, one of them John, came back out to finish the work. He was really great. After they had it all put together, it wasn't quite plumb. I called them back and the fixed it immediatily, free of charge.

We've used them a couple of times and have liked them very much. They are on the pricey side. I would hire them again.

Professional from the office calls to the work completed. This was largely a job to repair what another no-so-handy-man attempted to repair in my home. I am so relieved to have found Mr. Handyman. I thought the work was going to take much longer than it did. Tarino, our handyman, was easy to have in my home with my two small children. He was so knowledgeable, professional, careful, and fast! He also had very helpful suggestions. I will definitely use Mr. Handyman any time I am in need of a handyman!

His work was good. The service was good. He was on time. I felt that he was very customer oriented.

I was initially dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and the fact that mostly the small tasks were completed even though the worker was at my house for nine hours. However, when I called the owner, Ed Reilly, to explain my dissatisfaction he responded immediately. He came out with his top handyman, Joe, looked at the prior work, and agreed to correct it. They pointed out that most of the tasks not accomplished would require significant work or a specialist, e.g., a specialist to replace or fix the front door, replacing the gates rather than repairing them, etc. Touch-up painting wasn't done because I bought the wrong color and chose not to have the handyman come back another day.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Ed Reilly couldn't have been more accommodating on the phone. He was able to schedule the service in a very short time. Joe Brown was the Mr. Handyman and he was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently.
