+ -1 moreThe locksmith was polite. He was very professional and wore a clean uniform that had his name and the name of the company. Some plumbers I've used in the past didn't look nearly as professional. As a woman, these things make a difference in how I feel about a service provider. Of course, BEFORE I called the company, I also checked whether they have a current state locksmith license and they do. Anyway, I felt like this was a person that I could trust to do the work that he said he would do. That's not easy to find.
Description of Work: My front gate was not latching correctly and I thought that the gate would need to be re-hung. The Lock Doctor technician came out to look at the gate. He determined that the gate didn't need to be rehung. It just needed to be adjusted and realigned. He did the work fast and even put lubricant on the lock and left the area tidy and clean. I was very satisfied with the work and the price! I will definitely call this company if I need work in the future.

+ -1 moreI WASN'T EVEN THERE WHEN THEY DID IT. I WAS INSIDE AND THEY DROPPED THE KEYS OFF. THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE THAT THEY INDICATED THEY WOULD. THE LADY ON THE PHONE DIDN'T WANT TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY.
Description of Work: THEY RE-KEYED A LOCK AND MADE THREE NEW KEYS.
