+ 0 moreFred KOCH, owner of KOCH Development, personally came over and identified the exact area of where my roof was leaking. Mr. Koch elected to dismantle the roof only to the point to where it needed repairs, saving both time and money. Since the roof was over 40 years old, Mr. Koch found a specialty roofing supply store that stocked tiles we needed. During the repair process, neighbors comented on how clean and organized Mr. Koch's team was. Lastly, and to my complete satisfaction, the job was completed on-time and on-schedule, exactly what Mr. Koch outlined at the beginning of the project. Hats off for a job well done! We'll definitely have Mr. Koch's team back for any future construction projects!
Description of Work: KOCH Development identified my roof leak, determined what material was needed for the repair, found the necessary material (including Siding), and properly installed it all on time and on schedule. Fred Koch's on time and no-nonsense manner to do business is something that's few and far between in the construction business. Finally, I've found someone that systematically takes care of my construction needs with no surprises or hidden costs!
