my windows are basic they are big windows but I don't have any you know they are just plain all there are in the frame so you know and with him they are so fast I mean they were done in about 35 minutes are so even though I have fourteen windows you know like I said they were big windows long windows, wide windows and they were it was adequate okay now they didn't do the inside just the outside because [02:44] that's all I had, but I did say the next time I would want them to do them inside and outside so I don't know how much that will cost. some windows were streaked in which you couldn't tell until you got the right sun light and everything and then we noticed but it was something we did right away and it was okay maybe the next time I can tell them to hey slow down don't go so fast.

They are very good and very reasonable.
Description of Work: We use Kirby's Window Cleaning for window cleaning services. The last time we used them they washed the windows inside and out. We have been using them for a long time.

I LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE ON THE VOICE MAIL OF THIS COMPANY, EXPLAINING THE JOB I NEEDED DONE AND REQUESTING A CALL BACK TO DISCUSS TIMES AND ESTIMATE. NO RETURN CALL WAS EVER MADE, MAKING THIS A COMPANY I WOULD NOT BOTHER TO CALL AGAIN.

THIS REPORT HAS BEEN HERE FOR A LONG TIME. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS MEMBER! I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1978. ALMOST ALL OF MY BUSINESS IS REPEAT AND/OR REFERRAL. I MAKE IT A HABIT OF RETURNING EVERY CALL I GET EVEN IF I KNOW I CAN'T SERVICE THE REQUEST. IT IS UPSETTING THAT SUCH A CUSTOMER COMMENT IS ALLOWED TO REMAIN ON FILE WITHOUT A VERIFICATION OF THE COMPLAINT. HAVING ONLY 2 RESPONSES AND ONE OF THEM BEING SO NEGATIVE, IS NOT A GOOD SIGN. I HAVE OVER 1000 CUSTOMERS. THAT SHOULD SAY SOMETHING ABOUT MY COMPANY. THIS RATING IS NOT A TRUE REFLECTION OF THE WORK WE DO AND THE PRIDE WE TAKE IN OUR SERVICE. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY NEAT. IF THEY HAVE TO MOVE ANYTHING, THEY PUT IT BACK WHERE IT WAS.
