+ 2 moreIt was a good experience. Tomas, the owner, supervised his crew and also performed the work. They did a great job painting the interior of the house. The new baseboard and door casing they installed also looks great and really sets off the house.
Description of Work: Prepped walls and sanded. Caulked all joints on door jambs. Primed all new doors and jambs. Applied two coats of semi gloss paint to all doors and base boards. Applied two coats of flat paint on walls with brush roll. Removed all existing baseboard in house and installed new 3" baseboard. Added base shoe along the new base board. Removed existing doors casing and door stop. Sanded existing door jambs to erase existing brush marks from previous paint. Replaced all casing doors with a new profile. Added new door stop on all doors. Demolition of 1' X 8' wall on office room. Re-framed it, added drywall, and corner bead and matched existing texture on ceiling and walls. Primed all new drywall patchings on all ceilings where new additions were performed. Applied two coats of flat paint on ceilings.
