Two days after shaking hands, the installers replaced our heater, added the new A/C unit, replaced the air ducts and fixtures, and connected it all to our Nest all in one day. They even scheduled on a Saturday, to not interrupt our work-from-home and school-from-home schedules, were extremely courteous, cleaned up as the job went on, and wore masks the whole time.
