Spoke to owner, Larry on the phone, sent pictures and short video. Josh came out to see, measure, advise and give formal quote. Very professional, courteous. Hired that day, scheduled work to be done within a few days, two day job. Crew moved all heavy items off surface. Took two days, as estimated and even came back a few days later (after seal dried and set) to put heavy items back. Very happy with a job well done and at a fair price. Will hire again with no reservations.

They did a very good job. The first day was placing plastics to protect the walls and plants. Then the stripper placed to remove old sealer. The pavers were brushed and pressured washed. There were three people doing the work. It took almost all day. After they were done no water on pavers. The next day they came resand and seal. You can not drive on it for 3 days.

Larry Fuller was very professional, responsive, punctual and easy to work with. The process of contacting and getting an estimate was very easy. Larry made recommendations for more work that can be performed in our house but did not apply any pressure. This job was being done in parallel with the shower enclosure replacement. Larry and his team were available and ready to work the day after the old shower enclosure was removed. Larry's team showed up on time and came with everything they needed to complete the job. The quality of the work performed on the shower and bathroom floor is excellent. If I could I would give Fuller Stone Care an A- for Quality. The only area where Larry's team could improve is protection of the bedroom carpet where it interfaces to the stone bathroom floor. Larry's team did install plastic and taped it down with blue painters tape, but it was clear when the plastic was removed that some of the cleaning products had leaked onto the carpet. I just appeared wet at the time. Over time that carpet has discolored in that area. We have also found a few dings in the bathroom door frame where it may have been bumped by equipment. Otherwise we are very pleased with the stone in the shower and bathroom floor. Seven months later it still looks as good as when Larry's team finished. I would highly recommend Fuller Stone Care.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the company; they did an great job of bring the shine back to our old marble floors. I was so pleased with the results that I had them come back and also do another room with marble flooring.

Mr Fuller replied promptly to message. Came to residence to provide a bid. Bid was higher than expected but I valued my time to much to shop around. More importantly Mr Fuller seemed smart and confident about work to be performed. The end result certainly met my expectations. 16 year old Marble floor, vanity, shower enclosure) suffered from years of the wrong cleaning products and abuse. After restoration (2 guys X six hours) it looks much much better than before. Workers were punctual and diligent.

Larry Fuller is terrific! He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and truly cares about the quality of his work. Even more so, Larry cares if the customer is 100% satisfied by following up a week later. Great guy to handle your home's stone needs.

The driveway was faded and etched due to age and lack of upkeep. We met with Larry and Julio several times to decide on the right color. They put samples on the driveway which were a great help in determining the right color. They showed up right on time and began work on the scheduled day. They protected the landscape planting and lawn before the products were used which was very important to us. The driveway was stripped and stained and sealed. It took several days but they took extra care to make sure we were not inconvenienced and that the products had the proper drying time. They also repaired some areas that had broken from age. Due to the nature of concrete, a small area had to be redone. Julio and his crew came back out and redid that small area to our satisfaction with no problem . We found Larry and his guys truly concerned about doing the best job and making the customer happy. One of our concerns was that the driveway would not show tire marks or be slippery when wet. It doesn't show tire marks and is not slippery. Many people have commented how beautiful it looks. We found everyone associated with Fuller Stone Care to possess and exhibit all the strengths and abilities that an excellent vendor should have. Thanks Larry and crew for a job well done.

After some initial communication issues where I was unable to get a quote, I worked with the owner to towards a satisfactory resolution. As of this writing, no work has been performed.

We were very pleased with Larry and his crew. They exhibited professionalism and excellent work ethic. The inside of the house was done with little or no mess or disruption. I called on a Saturday and was happy that Larry was available to stop by that morning to see the scope of work. We liked him right away, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We scheduled for the following Friday. Davis and Cesar arrived on time and worked about 3 1/2 hours. My kitchen granite looks beautiful and every surface they worked on looks brand new. I will definitely call Larry back for a yearly cleaning of all our natural stone.

This was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor! Larry, the owner, came out, gave me an estimate, and thoroughly explained what they would do. Larry suggested that I mark specific chips, scratches, etc. before the crew came so they could be sure not to miss them. We discussed the best way to protect nature stone and why scratches occur, even in the most careful homes. I showed him the products I had been using and he researched one that was unfamiliar to him. He explained the differences in stone care products. He sells a cleaning product that he recommends, but doesn't push. BTW, when I asked to buy their product, hIs crew didn't have any unopened containers with them on the day of repairs, so one employee went to the shop and brought a bottle to me after he finished his work that afternoon. Talk about above and beyond! Upon (on time) arrival, the uniformed crew of three asked me to show them the work areas: 1. huge peninsula kitchen counter, 2. large master bath floor, counters, tub fascia and tall backsplash, and 3.another bathroom countertop . They offered to remove their shoes when they saw I wasn't wearing any. They verified everything Larry had told me. I showed them one countertop I had forgotten in the quote. They gave me an estimate and then called Larry to confirm. They immediately got to work, covering/taping off all adjacent areas so other surfaces wouldn't get wet or damaged. They extended this care around corners and doorways to prevent any possible splatter from getting on anything. They even masked off a bathtub! Two of the workers headed off in different directions and the third assisted. They touched base with me frequently to show each step and asked for input. They explained when things couldn't be repaired, such as stone anomalies. There were several minute nicks that they said they would try to fill, but doubted that the filler would stick--some did, others didn't. Larry had warned me about this, so I wasn't surprised. I was surprised that they made every effort to fill them anyway. As they were finishing up in the kitchen, one worker wiped down my hardwood floors to remove shoe prints and water droplets. When I asked if the kitchen had been sealed yet, I was told no. Then the worker who did it returned and said he had. He did another coat so I would know for sure, even when I said it wasn't necessary. (The sheen is different in the kitchen and I thought the sealant is what creates the sheen. They explained that the sheen comes from the polishing step.) I highly recommend Fuller Stone Care for any natural stone repairs, polishing, and/or sealing that you may need. I told them I would be calling them the next time I need their service.....probably in five or so years! They recommended other do-it-yourself products to use in the meantime.

We were looking for someone to come repair and seal our marble powder room counter top that was etched in two spots with vinegar and possibly scratched. Everyone we spoke to said that the job was very small and gave us a minimum charge that we weren't inclined to pay. We eventually contacted Fuller Stone Care through Angie's List, and Larry Fuller responded promptly. He was able to generally diagnose what needed to be done, and he agreed that it was a small job. But instead of stopping at quoting us his minimum charge, he suggested that our job could be best handled, in his opinion, by his trusted colleague, Kelly, who coincidentally lives in our neighborhood. Larry made the introduction, and Kelly ably and efficiently helped us out a few days later. Although the job was too small for Larry (or too small for us to pay the normal minimum), we very much appreciate his taking the time and effort to put us in contact with Kelly. When we have a larger project, we will certainly contact Larry first.

Larry Fuller was quick to respond to my call and just as quick to schedule an appointment to see the work I needed done and provide a quote. He showed up exactly as scheduled, was polite and professional, and was realistic about setting expectations regarding the results. His workman arrived promptly, did an outstanding job and a thorough cleanup when he was done. Even though we both inspected it before he left, it wasn't until he'd walked out the door and drove away that I noticed one more nick on an edge we'd all missed, so I called Larry and he was more than happy to schedule a return visit to fill that spot. The appointment was made for the next business day, and again the workman showed up promptly (even called ahead to let me know to expect him), and did an awesome job with the repair. All the repairs are so good that no one who didn't know the granite had been damaged would even notice where the fill-ins are. In fact, a few of them I can't even see and I know where to look! I would not only use Fuller Stone again, but I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed work done on their stone counter tops.

Original Comments: I wanted to have my driveway paver cleaned and since this company had good ratings, I called the company on March 25 at 2:30 and left a message since no one answered. Phone call was received on March 26 around 6 pm, apparently from Larry Fuller, but since I was not home he left a message. I called back around 7 pm and talked briefly before the call was dropped. I called again and he said it was hard to hear so I asked him to call back the next day, to which he agreed to call mid-morning. He did not leave any message and apparently did not call back on March 27. For whatever reasons, I would have appreciated a call if he did not want to or could not do the work. Update to My Comments: This is an update to my original review written above. Larry Fuller called about 1 week later, apparently after seeing the initial review. He was apologetic for not contacting me as previously promised. I agreed to meet him at 3:30 on March 31 to discuss the work. He called around 3:16 and left a message saying he will come closer to 4 pm. When he came at 4:05 we went over the needed work and he provided all information clearly and in a professional matter and orally presented his estimate. I changed the ratings to the above based on his visit and for being a little more than half hour late. Although I marked no for considering to use this provider, I am still considering using his company.

First called to make an appointment for estimation and the receptionist took my information down. It took another phone call to get hold of them before I was able to book an appointment time. Larry himself called me directly and agree to stop by at our new house even after 6PM which is after normal business hours. My work ends at 5:30PM so made that special arrangement for me. Larry showed up right on time, introduced himself, and we did a quick walk-thru. He was very knowledgeable about the whole natural stone polishing process. He described everything in detail about what the outcome can be and best finish choice for our travertine floors and countertops. Later that night, he sent me an email with itemized quote with price for each area so I can pick and choose to meet our budget. He's price was very reasonable but we had to take few things out to stay within our budget. Scheduling was breeze. Larry offered me to have work done by that Saturday (I think it was like Wednesday when I called) but since I had other construction going on I scheduled for 2 weeks later. Booked. Done. On the day of service, two crew members showed up right on time at 8AM. Took quick pick at the area and started the prep work. They offered to show me the sample (doing a small area on the actual floor), but I had to go to work, so I verbally told him what I wanted. Satin finish with glossiness. Yea, that sounds weird but I wanted low maintenance finish (Satin) but little bit of gloss to show some reflection for the look. The technician totally knew what I was talking about and told me they should be done by early afternoon. Larry called me around 1PM to inform me that two technicians are finishing up their work. I stopped by around 2PM and all work was done! They left NOTHING behind and everything looked clean and fresh! They actually took extra step to wet sand the kitchen travertine floor to achieve the glossiness I was describing. It looked fabulous! Overall I highly recommend Fuller Stone Care if you need your travertine (or any other natural stone) tiles cleaned, sealed, and polished.

Excellent job by Larry and his crew. Thoroughly explained process and options for types of stain available. When crew arrived they washed and stained the patio and driveway. They were professional and courteous. Left everything neat and clean and said they would be happy to return should we find any problem areas once the stain dried. Would happily recommend them.

We had work done several months ago which we were pleased with at time and better than we had previously with another vendor, but had an issue that developed later. They came back and corrected issue without any problems or question and we will be using them again as they stood behind their work which I appreciated.

They did a good job, and was impressed that Larry Fuller the owner showed up and worked and supervised. Not like some contractors that just show up for the money.

I saw his add in a monthly home improvement mailer and looked him up on Yelp. He had fantastic reviews so I called him to come and give me a quote. He couldn't make the first appointment due to him getting very sick (he did call to let me know) so we rescheduled. On the agreed upon day, he called as he said he would when he was on the way here. We met and he looked at the areas that I was looking to get serviced. He took some measurements and told me what the options were for the flagstone. The marble work seemed pretty straightforward. He gave me a discounted price to do all of the tasks that we discussed, which is what I signed up for them to do. When the day came to do the work, he called when his crew was on their way here to let me know. The crew of 5 or six guys came and got right to work. They were all very polite and extremely hard working - I don't even remember any of them taking a break. They worked for the better part of six or seven hours and when they were done, the marble had a glass finish on it (I don't remember if it looked like good when it was new). The flagstone also looked like new. They did a great job cleaning up and left the house spotless. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again or recommend them to others.

On time, clean, thorough, nice job.

Larry Fuller himself came over to perform the estimate. He was punctual and professional. His estimate was only verbal, but he seemed to be a man of his word. I called back a couple weeks later to say I wanted to proceed, I mentioned to him his quote and he said that he remembered and that the quote is still good. On the day of service, Larry called to say his senior guys would be at my house about 30 minutes after the original time we discussed. He mentioned that he had not written down the proposal and just took my word for what I remembered. His crew looked like pretty young guys, but nonetheless, they were very professional, efficient, clean, orderly and respectful. He actually had not seen the master bath and took my description and said that it would be $150-$200, and said that he would talk to his guys onsite to figure out how much it should be. After the crew finished the job, they told Larry the bathroom should have been $300, but they would honor the $200 top end of the range quoted. We negotiated it a bit and got him to $175. Overall, his price was the best, he seemed trustworthy and professional, so I went with Larry in the end even though there wasn't really anything on Angie's List. I actually had 1 other quote that was almost 5 times more than Larry's quote, so it was a no brainer to choose Larry on price alone. The quality of the work was pretty good, some of the bathroom marble had been sanded so that a few holes are now showing that weren't filled, so I called Larry back and he had a guy come out and patch the holes up. The patching didn't look the greatest, I probably wouldn't have noticed or cared if they did it with the original job, but because that was a special trip, I was a little more discerning, so that's reflected in my review.

Everytime he cleans our carpet looks like new. We have an off white berber carpet and I have a 20 month old daughter! His service is great.
