We bought stuff worth about $4000 from them. There was a good selection and the prices were good. The choices were awesome. They had just about anything one could imagine. They had all sorts of things on the showroom floor and in their books. We could order it if we did not find anything on the floor. They sell like a wholesaler. The people we worked with were helpful and friendly. They helped us to get our stuff. I would not say the customer service was great because of nature of the business. They delivered everything we had ordered. They were good to deal with. Their prices were fair. We did something bizarre. We ordered cabinetry from an old lab equipment facility and powder coated it. It was an unusual approach. We kind of built it ourselves and put a wooden counter top.

Ferguson Bath & Kitchen was easy to work with, and the salesman knew the catalogue from beginning to end. He helped me match my shower rods to my faucets.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY! GET PERSONAL ONE ON ONE SERVICE. HAVE A WONDERFUL SHOWROOM. THE SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEGEABLE, HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SALES PERSON TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK UP MY PREVIOUS ORDER FROM THE SUN VALLEY LOCATION SO I COULD PURCHASE THE MATCHING ACSESSORIES. THEY MAKE GREAT SUGGESTIONS AND CALL YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER & PRICES WERE SUPRISINGLY LOWER THAN MANY OF THE LARGER HOME STORES. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IS GREATLY RECOMMENDED THOUGH.

WE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. THEY HAVE A VERY WONDERFUL SHOWROOM AND WE LOVED WANDERING AROUND IN IT. BUT TO GET ANY INFORMATION WE HAD TO SIT AT A DESK WITH A CONSULTANT. WE WERE WORKING WITHIN A SPECIFIC BUDGET AND MOST OF THEIR ITEMS WERE VERY HIGH END AND EXPENSIVE. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO ACTUALLY GET THE COSTS OUT OF THE SALESPERSON AND WE DID NOT FIND THEM WILLING TO HELP US LOOK FOR ITEMS WITHIN OUR BUDGET. WE RETURNED A FEW TIMES AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET SOMEONE TO BE AVAILABLE TO US. FINALLY, WE WENT TO ANOTHER STORE WHERE THE SALESPEOPLE WERE MORE APPROACHABLE AND CUSTOMER-ORIENTED.
