 + -1 moreClass A guy and a good crew. The cabinetry work he did in our kitchen was a work of art, crown moldings, granite counter top, all new stainless appliances from kitchen aid, picture window and crank out windows. I was extremely happy with him and his guys. There on time, every day, work like little beavers, cleaned up after themselves. Extremely nice, very helpful, very responsive to any questions, comments or concerns we had.
Description of Work: Remodeled the kitchen, family room, dining area, partial remodel of den, made an office out of it. wooden floors,

 + -1 moreBY THE END OF OUR REMODEL, MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED TO ADOPT THIS CONTRACTOR. AFTER HEARING SO MANY HORROR STORIES OF REMODELS, WE WERE PLEASANT SURPRISED AT HOW SMOOTHLY IT COULD GO. THE MAIN ATTRIBUTE OF THIS CONTRACTOR IS HIS INTEGRITY. HE DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL DO IT. HE WAS AVAILABLE TO US AND ALWAYS ANSWERED HIS CELL PHONE WHEN WE CALLED. HIS WORKERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS WERE OF HIGH QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE AND PEOPLE WERE WORKING ALMOST EVERY DAY. THE WORKERS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND LEFT THINGS SWEPT AND IN ORDER AT THE END OF THE WORK DAY. WE REMAINED IN THE HOUSE DURING THE REMODEL AND THEY WERE CONSIDERATE OF THAT.
Description of Work: DUNN TO PERFECTION WAS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR A REMODEL OF OUR KITCHEN AND BATH. IT INVOLVED WORKING WITH THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES TO OBTAIN NECESSARY PERMITS, REMOVAL OF A LOAD BEARING WALL, REDESIGN OF A GREATROOM, AND A REMODEL OF THE MAIN BATHROOM. IT ALSO REQUIRED THE MOVING OF PLUMBING FOR SINKS AND BATH ITEMS. SEAN HAD SUBCONTRACTORS WHO DID DRY WALL, TILING, HARDWOOD FLOORS, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING. HE CHANGED THE SIZE AND POSITION OF WINDOWS AND INSTALLED ALL APPLIANCES.
