Description of Work: Our condo association has used CMS as our primary repair/construction vendor |for the last 10 years. They have done numerous jobs in the complex, both for the association on outside common property, as well as inside Homeowner units. |The latest project was the replacement of all balcony railings throughout the building. They did an excellent job, in a short period of time, with no interruption to the homeowners. |We continue to work with CMS, and other vendors, as we require bids for certain jobs. CMS continues to be a very fair and competitive bidder, and most reliable when they take on a job.

Description of Work: Most recent project was wood floor installation (2010). First project was complete kitchen, dining room, living room, master bath/closet renovation (2007). Steve's teams were all very good. On time, professional and high quality work. Pricing was very reasonable especially given the quality of the work. The crew was very accommodating and respectful. They answered any questions and made sure I was satisfied with all the work they did. I have since recommended CMS to several friends and colleagues.

Description of Work: Don't be shocked by the price!!! This was a high-rise building with MAJOR foundation issues in the subterranean parking structure. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, professional and EXCELS at what he does...which is just about everything in construction. I went through a lot of contractors during my time at this high-rise and CMS (Steve) turned out to be the best blessing, reasonably priced and most competant contractor I worked with. In addition to temporarily shoring the compromised ramp, he worked with a structural engineer for city plans for the permanent fix. His company also did various other work for the building including: removing unnecessary walkways that created a water intrusion vulnerability to the structure, water-proofing grounds and landscaping retaining walls, asbestos abatement, electrical issues and more.

Description of Work: Has worked in our Condo complex for several years. Done both exterior repairs on siding, roof and decks. Interior repairs on ceilings, dry wall, painting.

Description of Work: CMS has completed several projects for me: wood floor installation, new plumbing and toilet installation, complete kitchen, dining room, living room, master bath & walk-in closet remodeling.
