Description of Work: Clelia promised she or a representative would visit my home on Saturday morning, 10/24, to quote on monthly home cleaning. No one called prior to confirm time. No one showed up on Saturday, 10/24. No one call on Saturday, 10/24, to say they would not be able to show up. No one showed up.

+ -1 moreThey have performed cleaning on 2 occasions and both times have performed well. My 2nd experience was the best. Victor and his team were very thorough. My husband noted that Victor reviewed the work after his team had completed an area and did the final touches.
Description of Work: Cleaned deck thoroughly including the cleaning of the deck furniture and the stainless steel. Great room, kitchen and bathrooms all cleaned with the correct products for wood, granite, marble and glass. This is a 5K sq. ft. home with much stainless steel railings and appliances, hardwood floors, stone counter tops and floors (granite and marble)and glass. All were cleaned well.

+ -1 moreIT IS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DO EVERYTHING THAT THEY ADVERTISE. THE PRICE IS GOOD AND THE PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT. I AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY'RE VERY FRIENDLY, VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY COME AND DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. I FEEL LIKE I CAN LEAVE MY HOUSE WITH THEM HERE AND IT ISN'T ANY PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE WHOLE APARTMENT. THEY VACUUMED, DUSTED AND THINGS LIKE THAT.
