BLITZ CLEANING

Description of Work: Provided cleaning services for a vacant, empty efficiency apartment. We asked that it be cleaned from top to bottom, which included washing windows and vacuuming loft carpet. We were dismayed at the horrible job that was done. Unfortunately, we were called away to the hospital before the cleaning process was finished and did not do a run through afterwards. When I went into the kitchen, I found that the sink had not been scoured. Further inspection showed that even the fronts of the cabinets had not been wiped down. Grime was on the corner of cabinet doors. The stove lid had not been lifted and dry food spills not wiped up. The oven was clean, but had not been used by the tenant, but apparently the cleaner did not even open the grill door to find a greasy pan with food bits. The chrome towel wrack and not even been wiped and was sticky. The refrigerator door had not been cleaned on the outside or inside. A friend came over to take pictures and I am posting some here, with some before and after shots. The after shots entailed my friend snapping a picture of before, and my scrubbing or wiping the area and then shooting it again. Jack said he would give me a refund, but I never heard from him again. I offered to show him the before and after pictures, but he did not respond. I relied on a review to use this business and I do not believe it is fair of me not to inform potential customers of the bad job that was done and the lack of cooperation on the part of the owner in rectifying the situation.

Description of Work: IT WAS GENERAL HOUSECLEANING. IT WAS DUSTING, MAKING BEDS, CLEANING BATHROOMS AND THAT TYPE OF STUFF.
