First off, they were very punctual and honest. Pete and Mike are the owners and are actually brothers. I had the pleasure of speaking with both of them and they were equally kind, patient, and helpful. I am a first time homeowner and had a ton of questions some of which were probably redundant. My job was not large but they treated me as if my job was as important as any other job which speaks volumes for their integrity as a company. Ann, their office manager, was extremely helpful and could always assist me with questions as well. She was funny and comforting when I would major in a minor detail. The days leading up to the job were stressful as I had 3 estimates and had no idea who to go with. Honestly my decision was based on fairness of price and professionalism. I must admit though that out of all the 4 estimates it seemed like Assured Quality Woodcraft took more time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I know installing wood floors shouldn't be treated like a life changing decision but when it's your home you don't want to screw up! I could only imagine the cost to fix it! Bottom line... They were amazing. The crew was clean, fast, professional,and left my home spotless as if it hadn't just been covered in hardware and dust. They cut everything on site and asked my opinion before each major step. I actually called and left a message that leaving telling everyone how happy I was! I was referred to this company by a friend and I will continue to refer them to everyone I can. Thank you Assured Quality Woodcraft for making my first home project successful!

Their crew came in and did the job in a very timely manner. The job was done right and no extra touch ups were needed. They were very clean too. We are very happy with our wood floors and plan on doing more in the near future. I would highly recommend this company and I will defiantly use them again.

It went very well. The workers knew what they were doing. The results are excellent. Much effort was placed into masking the rest of the house from the incredible dust produced in the process. This was not 100% successfull, needed much effort to remove dust from rest of the house. Must give them an and quot;Aand quot; for effort. Mike (contact and boss) was friendly, efficient, service providers also. I recommend this service provider. I rarely if ever give a and quot;perfectand quot; score, they came in close.

I had no problems at all. Mike, Anna and the crew were amazing! However, the company they recommended to move my furniture out and then back into my home was terrible. My experience with their third party mover was awful.

I had meet with 4 independent contractors and two general contractors regarding refinishing my hard wood floors. One of these contractors referred me to Assured Quality. My husband meet with this contractor, instead of me. When I got the estimate I called the office and spoke with Anna to go over the estimate; getting clear and confirming what was covered and /or not covered in the estimate. Anna was very clear and professional. I finally choose this company because of the high recommendation from another vendor, their competitive price and the conversation my husband had with the estimator and my conversation with Anna. The crew was on time and professional in my presents. I told and pointed out to the lead the first morning that the color I wanted was the same as in one of the bedrooms. Mike the supervisor was not there. I was called at lunch by Mike to come home to pick out color. When I got there all of the floors had been sanded bare and the sample was not there and communication between Mike and I was lacking. I left feeling unheard and that I really had limited choices, neither exactly what I wanted. When I viewed the job from the front porch through the front window after it had been top coated, the patch was very evident because it was so much lighter. No contractor previously including this one or Anna said that this patch would not match or that there would be such a difference in shade. I called Anna expressed my grievances and it was arranged that one of their guys would come out and touch up the patch to blend with the rest of the floors. I was happy with the touch up color even though there was now a difference in sheen, but I thought that would dry/cure to match. We discovered our ipod was missing from a cupboard, a couple of beers had been taken and drunk from the frig. and cups were left laying around. I reported this to Anna and she said that they took this very seriously and would get back to me. I had a lot more work to do before moving in, so we covered the floors and carried on. A week, a couple of friends and another flooring contractors later, my husband called Mike (because I was VERY upset) to let him know that we were unhappy with the finish. Our friends and other contractor all felt that there was not the two top coats that should have been there or that they were to thin. The surface was not smooth to the touch. Mike met my husband the following morning. After a brief discussion on how important their reputation is and that they did not steal anything, Mike arranged to come back over two days and lay another clear coat; one day LVR and DR and one or days later the two bedrooms. On the second day, when they were to second/third coat the bedrooms, I met Mike and asked how much it would cost to put down an ANOTHER coat on the LVR and DR. I was tired, had to get this done and move in so I paid him $300 to do it. NOT EVER would I recommend Assured Quality Woodcraft.

I have used them before in this house. They work went well and we did have some problems with the wood and they took care of it, and it turned out that we got the quality we wanted. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FAST, AND CAREFUL WHEN THEY WORKED. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
