ASAP HOME INSPECTION SERVICE

I was in a hurry to close escrow (it was a 30 day escrow) so I went to Angie's List and found ASAP Home Inspection with a good review and close to the house I was purchasing. It was a Sunday so I figured I would leave a voice message - well to my surprise the phone was answered and I was able to make an appointment for that very week. I could not have been more pleased. The report that was provided to me was sent the very next day via email (which makes it so much easier to share with others that need the information). I recommend ASAP Home Inspection to everyone.

As a result, I was able to get compensated. He did a good and thorough job. He had a very quick response. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to anyone!

Mr McCutcheon was excellent and saved us many headaches and a lot money by a detailed inspection. We were able to negotiate work to be done before we bought the house. It took about 4-5 hours and I went with him every where except under the house as he explained to me as much as I could absorb. The 24 page written report was concise and to the point. He was professional and direct and ever so knowledgeable. The 20 year veteran Real Estate agent was so impressed with him that he said he will use him for all homes that he buys in the future.
