This is the second time we've used this company. We have been satisfied with quality, communication and efficiency.

They were punctual and came on time. The technician made a mistake and I had to call him again to complete the job. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the technician. The technician did not have the right part and I had to hire someone else to finish the work.

I called Don (presumably the owner) on a Friday, scheduled the estimate for the following Monday, and had the work done the next day (Tuesday). Clearly, times must be tough to get this kind of responsiveness. Don was very helpful during the estimate, pointing out a number of potential complications with my low-voltage work. When Mike performed the work, we were able to avoid those complications (like punching a hole on the other side of the wall to access the void to route the wires), and he was able to accomplish a very clean install. The work was done for the estimated price, and was probably done in a little less time than estimated (Don suggested that Mike would probably need the whole day, but he only took 4 hours). However, this seems like a lot of money for the type and amount of work actually performed. Having said that, I did agree to the estimate, and they shouldn't be critiqued for that. (I only judged their price as fair, which I think is a fair assessment.)

Don and his employees showed up on time. They did the work requested, consulting with us several times as to the placement of the new lights in the ceiling to get it right, and added two new circuits so the microwave and the toaster or coffee maker can each be on its own, so we don't have the circuit breaker tripping. The lighting job was inherently messy because cutting into the living room ceiling brought down some insulation, but they had spread tarps and picked up the mess and disposed of it, and offered to vacuum when they were done. Because the landscape contractor wanted the fountain wiring done later in the landscaping process, Don said we just need to call and he will schedule the new wiring. He charged us $950 for the portion of the job that was completed, with the remaining $200 to be paid on completion of the fountain wiring.

I obtained this company's name from Angie's List. Mr. Anderson was extremely responsive to my telephone call and request to put in a ceiling fan and an estimate for a breaker box upgrade because home inspectors stated that this newly purchased home needed the upgrade. He called on the date of service to say he'd arrive earlier than expected. Mr. Anderson arrived with one of his employees. He checked the breaker box and stated that it was in good condition and no upgrade was needed. (Money saved!!) He left an employee named "Jeff" at our home. Jeff is a very knowledgeable person, friendly and responsive to our questions. He was a pleasure to have in our home. In fact, we ended up asking him to do some additional work such as install a new kitchen lighting fixture, install 3 CGFI outlets, fix two sockets in the living room that had reverse polarity problems, and also install a ceiling light in hall entry way. Jeff checked all the outlets. We will be using this company in the future.

They were very polite, professional, and were out for 1.5 hours.
