I hired a sharper home several years ago for a major project. They over promised and under delivered. One of my worst experiences with a contractor ever and I've had some bad ones. They tried to hold my programming hostage until a third party (a powerful supplier of theirs) forced their hand. This third party recommended a replacement A/V specialist who was thoroughly unimpressed with their programming. They promised near 99% reliability on the system. They abandoned me because they were not capable of delivering anything near that. Terrible experience. They wasted my time and my money.

Took several days to finish project, told it would be done in a day. Remote not properly programmed. Took three tries to do it correctly. Made a large hole in wall and tried to cover it up with wires rather than notifying us about it and fixing it. Amplifier kept shorting out due to the way the speakers were set up. Didn't update invoice/charges before sending bill. Had to make corrections myself. Overall the workmanship was mediocre and the service was poor. We are having another company finish the job.
Description of Work: Home entertainment, installed TV, A/V, surveillance cameras. Also does home automation which we were planning on hiring him for. Now we are going with another company.
