Description of Work: We have used WIT for several projects and have been pleased with the results every time. I have been impressed with the skill of the installation crews and how they leave the site clean and with no sign they were there other than the windows and doors they installed. We will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I walked into their showroom and were pleased with the salesman and the products he sold. We informed the saleman of a previous bad encounter with another window replacement company and warned him to be punctual and professional if he wanted our business. We scheduled a salesman to come to our house to measure and give us a final estimate. We waited for 2 hours for the salesman to show up which he never did, and then we called the office, which was now closed. We left a message on their machine, but had already decided not to go with them. The salesman called the next day with a lame excuse about how he forgot and begged for another chance - never once apologizing for our inconvenience. We spoke to another person at the office afterwards and told them why we took our business elsewhere. On the whole, a very disappointing encounter.

+ -1 moreThe WIT organization was very professional from initial proposal to office contact to a very experienced installation crew. The window quality, features and price was the best I had quoted. These guys are to notch.
Description of Work: WIT Construction installed 13 Simonington dual pane energy efficient replacement windows and sliding door including a special design window to protect a custom made stained glass window.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE AN A+. THEY WERE VERY CRAFTY WITH THEIR HANDS. THEY TOOK OUT ALL THE WINDOWS AND PUT IN NEW ONES AND THEY DID NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. THEY DID A VERY CLEAN JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM.
