I needed a next day cleaning! Taylorâ s was prompt, thorough, and helpful! The price was great!

They were prompt to show up and quote the work. I was in a bind and needed the carpet stretched asap(1700sf of carpet) as we were moving into the house that week. They were able to find an opening for me very quickly and did the job excellent. Great guys and good work!

Top rated carpet/tile cleaners in my book. I Contacted business via cell and got a response in minutes. Justin was friendly and professional over the phone. He was able to accommodate my emergency/last minute appointment needs. He arrived a little later than scheduled, but that actually helped my situation at home since I had a cleaning crew inside. Justin kept in contact with me via text during the entire day before he arrived. The Price over phone was a little different than the original quote but it was a big job so I understood. Justin arrived with a co-worker (his son) and completed the job in a very timely manner working from the minute they arrived until they left. They cleaned both carpet and tile that hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years. Taylor’s impressive carpet service was definitely worth it and they were very friendly and polite workers. I would definitely hire them again. They get 10 stars in my book.

The gentlemen that came were very nice, but once the cushions dried there were several spots that were missed. The owner of the company was terribly rude and arrogant and hard to work with. I would not recommend dealing with this company in the future.
