They looked at 10 years worth of energy bills from the past. They recommended a particular panel (that we did buy), because it was guaranteed for 25 years. It converts solar power into a voltage that is suitable for our home. The company went above and beyond what they had to do. They have been back several times over the past few months to check on the system and make sure everything is working properly.
Description of Work: They installed a 33 panel solar system within 2 days that powers our home and allows us to dump power back into the grid.

after overpriced and lenghty sales job this person expected me to buy a $52,000 solar system without taking a measurment or looking at any part of the job he should have lookef at. Salesman stated we are rhe biggest and best company out there and expected me to believe him with no other estimate on a $52,000 job. This estimate was a complete waste of two hours of my time. His final attempt was how about I refinance your house to cover the cost. All B.S. and no substance, would not purchase anything from this company at ANY cost. The price was way too high

The member received only a sales call from our company. No other service was provided him. He was not locked in his home and could have asked the salesman to leave at anytime. He makes further claims and accusations against our company which he has no knowledge to back up. First, we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau after 30 years in business. Second, he states we did not measure his roof during the sales presentation. This further illustrates his lack of knowledge regarding solar. We discuss our clients electric bills and usage over the past months as well as how much they desire to lessen their bill. We offer them several choices to help them decide how much of their bill they wish to eliminate. If a customer chooses to sign a contract with our company we then evaluate how many panels and the best placement of panels with our professional registered engineer. We always work with our clients to ensure that they receive the best value we can give them as well as helping them with incentive and rebate information. We encourage our prospective clients to look at other companies and get as many estimates as they feel comfortable with. If they find a cheaper price with a company they feel comfortable with then by all means that is the way they should go. Our company has been around many years and stand behind the work that we do. Many companies have decided to jump into the solar business, but will they be around if you have a problem? We back our work with a 10 year guarantee and have been around for our past clients and will be around for our future clients. Also, a large percent of our business comes from recommendations from clients that we have already done work for. We are sorry he was not satisfied with his experience, but do not feel he as given a factual representation of his meeting and know that he does not have the personal knowledge to state what is a correct price for solar or what should occur during a sales call as he shows with his incorrect assumptions about what the salesman should have done. Unfortunately, there is no framework within which people must present their report. We feel that the member, rather that report fact, chose to make outlandish claims and slanderous accusations. He claims we are con-artists. As stated previously, we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are in good standing with the League of California Homeowners. We hope a prospective client would take the facts into consideration and weigh them against exaggerated and uniformed statements made against us.
