They did very well. I was in a situation where I had to fly to Texas for Christmas on the 20th. Also here where I live the rains were coming so I had to get up there myself and put a tarp over the damage. I had never done that before. But I got it up there in time before it rained lightly once. They came a day so after it had rained and took care of the work in time. They responded very quickly. I was very pleased with that. It was not a big complicated job or anything. The situation was that I had talked to another company that was a little bit closer to my house, but due to the rains that were coming I ran out of time. I filed a claim with the City of Rancho Cucamonga where I live here, because the lamp that blew down was off a tree that the City had planted. The form that I had submitted only required two bids. I had taken another bid from another company. But the price of that company was way too high and they were in Erwine which is pretty far away from here. The other company had made the appointment to come do the bid and I called them and apologized saying that due to the rains I had to do it quickly and it would be hard for them to get up there and look at the damage with the tarp over the broken tiles. It was mainly a time thing. There is a chance that the other company might have been a little cheaper. I don’t know. I had met the city requirement to have two bids and I just needed to get that work done because I was about to fly out to Texas on the 20th.

The service was excellent. I was very satisfied. He was very polite. He understood what I needed. He went out of his way to see that I got what I wanted. I was very happy with him.

They were good and professional. Their price was higher than what I wanted to pay, so I did not go with them. They were on time.

Gregg was very professional. He always returned phone calls promptly & followed through with each step of the project as planned. Since the work was done on our vacation home, he sent pictures to us electronicallyto keep us updated on the work. The roof was expensive, but looks great & we are hoping lasts a LONG time. Corwin & the work crew were awesome & very responisve. They cleaned up after the project, and everything looks great. I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs.

As a real estate broker, I am always searching for service providers that are honest, responsive and fair, and I find that in the roofing category that search can be a challenge. On the morning of November 11th, I needed to quickly find a roof inspector for a buying client because we were up against a deadline and previous calls to other roofers had gone unanswered. Out of the 5 companies I called, RNR was the only company that actually answered the phone. Not only did Greg Miller answer, but he spent enough time on the phone with me to listen to my client's current situation and explain what his company specializes in. He then offered a name and number of an affiliate that he trusts and works with that he felt was more suited to my client's needs. His level of customer service and care was impressive, and I will definitely use him in the future!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. OUR ROOF HAS NOT LEAKED. THEY GAVE A VERY ACCURATE ESTIMATE AS TO THE COST OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED. THEY WERE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL.
