+ -1 moreWorking with Tanya was a pleasure! She's full of enthusiasm, ideas and go-getter energy! Tanya is one of those rare people who actually does what she says she will and gets the job done. I was very pleased with the people to whom she referred me and would also recommend those people and use their services again. Tanya not only understands real estate, she understands people and I'm sure that makes her an excellent sales person. She also knows the community and the resources available. Tanya is the complete package and working with her was a gift.
Description of Work: Tanya Uribes has 2 exceptional qualities: She knows how to really listen and she takes meaningful action. Consequently, she helped me decide NOT to sell my house, even though it meant a loss of commission for her. That's integrity! Instead she helped me find a contractor to fix the place up, and a lawyer to handle some issues that needed to be resolved. At some point in the future when I do sell the house I will definitely be contacting Tanya!
