Description of Work: Redlands Pool and Spa replaced an existing pool/spa heater (POS) with a same sized one that purportedly works. It is not often that I will purchase a replacement of the same brand if the first one is not satisfactory. RP&S reputation is good enough that I am trusting their recommendation to stick with the Pentair heater. Time will tell. I was not home when they did the work, but we had made arrangements. Workplace was left clean. Heater was made rodent resistant and plumbing work was clean and leak free.

+ -1 moreI'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE AND THAT WE CAN TRUST THEM. WE'VE HAD A POOL FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS, AND I WOULD SAY AT LEAST 15 OF THOSE 20 WE'VE GONE TO THEM FOR OUR POOL NEEDS. PRIOR TO THEIR SERVICE, WE JUST DID THE CHEMICALS OURSELVES. WE WOULD JUST GO THERE TO PICK UP OUR CHEMICALS BEFORE WE STARTED USING THEIR SERVICE AT THEIR POOL AND SUPPLIES STORE.
Description of Work: THEY CHECK THE POOL ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND KEEP IT CLEAN. THEY ADD THE CHEMICALS.

We provide spa repairs only on Hot Spring and Dimension One Spas. We do not service or repair above ground pools.
