+ -1 moreIt was challenging because of a language barrier and I did not exactly understand what I was getting. All I knew was that the garage door needed to be more stable. Now the wires inside the unit are cut from where it connects the controls to the opening and closing of the garage door.

+ -1 moreThey weren't too expensive and they didn't speak English that well. I don't know if they communicated as well as I would've liked. They didn't really understand what I was really trying to convey. They were more interested in fixing and upgrading things. I just wanted to get on a general maintenance schedule like every six months or so. Another company had recommended that to me and that's what I was looking for. That's not what they provided.
