It went well. Nick and Kyle was the team who came out and they were professional, kind, honest, and did quality work. Both do quality work and if there are any concerns, they will do their best to meet those requests. I had a certain color of paint I wanted, and a certain cut for the baseboards, and both Nick and Kyle were very patient and helpful. Kyle is especially good at helping to find the right color to patch up work and cutting detailed base boards. Nick, with over 35 years of experience, does amazing work on staircases. He spends time and does top notch work, like he's putting in the wood floors for his own home. You will get your money's worth with Nick's expertise. When we walk on the newly installed stairs, it is like walking on artwork. With any problems that may occur, Nick and Kyle will handle them professionally and with the customer's best interest in mind. Our wood floors for all the rooms we had done look amazing. We would definitely recommend Redlands Floorhouse to our friends and family, and anyone looking for professional and quality work.

We had a different laminate flooring and they tried to match it as best and possible. They made the the transitions going from one hard surface to another look seamless. Truly did a very nice job. I was worried when we couldn't find the same materials. I will have them come back when I have any flooring put in my house.

This was a big 3-week project and Redlands Floorhouse employees, Brian and Bannin, did an excellent job. They came promptly every day, including weekends when necessary, and worked hard throughout the day, taking only enough time to have lunch. They did their best to make some things accessible to us so we were not too inconvenienced. At the end of each day they cleaned up any mess and at the end of the project they did a good job cleaning up the work areas and leaving the laminate and tile shining. They were certainly accommodating to our needs and Eric, the project manager, was always available to address any of our concerns or questions. Though we chose the laminate from their showroom, the tile and baseboards were from elsewhere and Redlands Floorhouse willingly picked up these items for us, which most other businesses won’t do. All in all we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the flooring and the quality of the work and would highly recommend Redlands Floorhouse.

Excellent. The crews arrived on time. They consulted with me and my decorator continuously. They made a couple of adjustments on the stairs and answered all questions. The work was steady and of super high quality. Finished products looks absolutely great.

Redlands Floorhouse turned my dirty, worn 1941 floors into a thing of beauty! They are very careful w/ the belongings that they must move, and even leave behind free pads for furniture feet and a hardwood care kit. They arrived on time each day. The first day they made repairs, the second day they completed repairs, sanded and stained the floor. The third day they coated and polished the floor.

We went to store to chose the floor we wanted installed. They gave us samples to take home to see how they look in the rooms. Once we chose a floor, Eric the salesperson came out to our house to take measurements and confirm an installition date. On the day that the install began, John and Caleb were the installers. The went right to work. They let us know that due to the amount of large furniture they will need to do one room at a time. They were very professional, clean, organized and patient. In the master bedroom they had to position the large bed and rug until my wife was satisfied on how it looked. They were so patient and wiling to keep moving the bed until right. The install took three days, they cleaned up every night. In the end the floors looks great. We are very satisfied.

From the moment we walked into the business, my husband and I were assisted promptly, and the rest of our experience was the same. Within a couple of hours of visiting our home to measure for carpet, we received a quote for the cost of the job. Six days later, we were walking on our new carpet! Installers showed up promptly, moved furniture for us, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the prompt, courteous, professional service received, and will definitely use again. Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending to others.

Both jobs were completed on time and very professionally. Nick and Kyle did an excellent job installing the hickory flooring and their attention to detail was commendable.

Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Everything was prepped and ready in two days, then installed on time, as promised. The workers were professional, polite, and friendly...answering any questions we had. They were meticulous about cleaning up each day. Mike, the owner, dropped by after the floors were laid to be certain we were happy, we are. Our house looks great! These guys know what they're doing, and then do it, REALLY well. Considering the quality if the work we got a great deal.

Due to a flash flood, we had to remove, dry the area and replace the living room carpet. We were on a very short timeline which made the project even more of a challenge. Eric worked with me to match our color choice and availability very well. He showed us multiple samples and checked each one for its quick availability. (no easy task) Once located, he scheduled the installers who showed up on time, with the correct carpet, and a professional can do attitude. The entire project from contact with Eric until completion was only 2 1/2 days!!! Amazing. We will definitely go to Redlands Floorhouse first for our next flooring needs.

These guys are great. My floor is stunning. I love the tile -- so easy to care for! The owner's communication was prompt and clear. The installers were punctual and expert, respectful and thorough. And they were extremely careful about moving and replacing heavy furniture without any bumps or scratches. The owner called me after the job was completed to make sure that I was satisfied. I couldn't be more satisfied. It was an expensive job, but the results are worth every penny.

Working with Mike was a great experience from the start. I walked into the shop off the street and was greeted by Mike--who I later came to realize is the owner. I explained what type of wood I was looking for and he was able to guide me to certain areas of the shop that were appropriate (flooring shops can be insanely overwhelming!). He let me take several samples home. My husband and I fell in love with one of them, but decided to keep looking as the price was on the high side (to be fair, we were looking at bamboo, which is an expensive product). We visited several other flooring companies in the area and none came close in terms of quality of product and service. Mike was patient while we worked through this process and was able to work with us a bit on the price because we were ordering so much. What I truly found exceptional about the business was how accommodating they were with scheduling. We were remodeling the entire house and with the floors being the last project, we inevitably ran into several delays. Mike was great about being flexible, including working around an emergency delay right around Christmas. The work performed was excellent--MIke's guys are exceptionally good--and the product is beautiful. The entire experience was excellent and I would recommend Redlands Floorhouse to anyone.

Eric was the project lead who came to our house listened to our needs, made suggestions and took all measurements. Within a day, Eric provided a quote and work began the next day. Dave and Kyle, the tile installers showed up on time each day, worked hard and at the end of the job cleaned up the work area. The following Monday, Nick and Mike arrived at 8 am (they showed up at 8 am each day of the job) and began the wood flooring installation They had a lot of furniture to move and old carpeting to remove before beginning the installation. They care not to damage any furniture and covered other household items to prevent excessive dust and dirt from getting on our belongings. When the job was complete, they cleaned up all the new flooring and carefully moved furniture back to its original location. In other words, we are completely satisfied with their work and the quality of the products installed.

The time we dealt with them, they were very nice. The estimate was for about $10000. They were very thorough. They showed us the samples and came and gave us the estimate. We went there and they were very courteous to us so I can't say anything wrong about them. To us the prices were high but that is how they are. They told us they were going to be here at a certain time on a certain day and they were here.
