Description of Work: Eric made the estimate and John and Caleb did the installation. From start to finish these guys were professional. All three were very nice to deal with and answered all mine or my wife's questions. We had 1,000 square feet of engineered wood floor installed. We also changed out the baseboard, which came out beautifully. The 4-1/2 inch baseboard really sets the floor off. Everything was meticulously done. When we had to leave the house we left the key with them to lock up if they had to leave. Redlands Floor House operates like a family, one with a lot of integrity. We couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: Oak flooring retailer. Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. When I called to place my initial order it was 4th of July weekend so I left a message which the owner replied to on SUNDAY. Thanks Mike. My order arrived quickly and in good shape. The rest of my order arrived in a week as expected Blaine answered questions, took the order and followed through including loading it in my truck. Its a little more $$$ than ordering online but worth it for the customer service and supporting local business. Thanks Blaine

Description of Work: Redlands Floorhouse installed carpet in 3 bedrooms including closets, a large living room and dining room. They also installed new baseboard in these areas. There were a couple of issues with moving furniture and cleanup that could have been avoided, but they did an excellent job of installing quality carpet.

+ 0 moreVery good quality work. They recommended the particular urethane layer to apply that would go with the rest of the furniture in the area. The only complaint I have is that the people who did the actual work were not on time - 30 minutes to 60 minutes late every day.

+ 0 moreThey don’t have the floor that I have, so they were going to get something similar and then stain it all the same. They came out very promptly, very nice and they e-mailed me, called me and followed up. They mailed me another quote to replace the floor. They were very good.

+ 0 moreCan't say enough positive. This was a big project 4 bedrooms, hallway and living room. The two installers were polite, well spoken. The help with the furniture was a plus with this company. The fact this is a family business since 1938, a very important stat about choosing this company. I know my lifetime warranty is more apt to be there, should a problem EVER occur. We do not foresee any problem. A big plus was the job was not rushed, this was a big job and they worked over two days. The guys were aware of a nesting hummingbird by the front door and were cautious going in and out the front door.
Description of Work: Removal of 30 yr old carpet. Moved antique piano (very heavy) as well as household furniture for rooms involved. Arranged moving pool table to new room. The pool table had to be disassembled, reassembled and balanced. All this included in the price. A professional pool table company handled the move, the provider hired their services. he knew who to call.

WE ARE GOING TO BE DOING HARDWOOD FLOORING AS WELL, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE WOOD THAT WAS PUT IN THE HOUSE SEVERAL YEARS AGO. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK THAT ANOTHER CARPET INSTALLER COULDN'T DO ON THE STAIRS. THE WORK LOOKS REALLY GOOD. THAT'S WHY WE WENT WITH THEM.

We do not install any materials that have been purchased from another supplier. We do not offer repair services on any flooring that has not been previously installed by our company except for hardwood floor repair and resurfacing.
