THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED VETERANS ON A FIXED INCOME! My parents had a water leak that damaged some of their house. The insurance would cover repairing the damage but not the plumbing repairs and since the pipes were over 60 years old they were going to do a repipe out of pocket. They called multiple plumbers out for quotes which ranged from $10,500 to $15,000. When redlands plumbing came out they were trying to upsell them on everything. They told them their 3 year old water heater needed to be replaced and also moved to the garage and they would build them a closet for it. They also told them their fixtures needed to be replaced since the colors didn't match. They quoted for $28,000 which is $13,000 more than the next highest quote. These scumbags saw an elderly couple and tried taking advantage of them. Then to top it all off they charged them $40 to come give the quote when all the other companies did it for free! AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS AT ALL COSTS!!! FIND AN HONEST COMPANY

They were punctual and professional. They were able to respond to me very quickly. However, in my experience I felt that the primary goal was to make money and not to help me. Very expensive for the work added and I felt they tried to up-sell me on the service. Very professional but I would not recommend due to high prices.

I used Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air in 2005 at my previous house and everything went perfect so they were the only company I needed to call for my new house. I bought the house with the original system from the 70's. The home is in Lake Arrowhead ,Ca. at an elevation of 5600 ft. It has 2600 square feet spread over 3 stories which presents a unique situation. In the Summer the top floor could be 10 degrees hotter than the middle floor and 20 degrees hotter than the bottom floor. In the winter the lower floor could be in the 50's while you were fine in the middle level and sweating on the top level. I called Redlands Heat and Air and Chris come out and measured the house and calculated all of the other factors and took those back to his office. Chris contacted me the next day and said him and Tyler came up with a solution for for getting maximum comfort in my home. Their advice was to get rid of the original, inefficient system and to zone the system. I now have a thermostat on each floor which work independent of each other so I can have the temps match on all 3 floors or just heat or cool the floor I'm on. The system works perfectly and is even saving money because it is so much more efficient. The whole process went very smooth and all of the guys were friendly and professional. I am very happy with the work Redlands Heat and Air did on this house and my last one and highly recommend them.

My toilet wouldn't stop running. I called Henry Bush in REDLANDS. They are the plumbers that I always use. The had installed the toilet mechanism. I called and spoke to Britny. She was very helpful and friendly. I needed an afternoon appointment. She said she would call before the technician was dispatched. She called at 1:00 and said he would be right over. The technician was Randy. He was very friendly, personable and professional. I appreciate that he put on protective coverings over his work boots. The problem was very minor, less then a few minutes to fix. He saw that the mechanism was fairly new and thought it best to check the warranty. It had just recently passed the warranty period but he decided to honor it anyway! Henry Bush is a well established company that's used by just about everyone in town and for obvious reasons. I give them my highest recommendation!

All went well. The estimate I got was within $20 of the second estimate. I ended up going with a different vendor, but wouldn't hesitate to use Bush in the future.

We have a 1927 Craftsman home. Repairs are usually difficult and expensive due to the house's age and the fact that almost everything is still 1927 original. We called Henry Bush because we had a shower faucet in the main bathroom that was stuck in the off position. We saw the company on Angie's List and had also seen their truck around town. They've been in business for over a hundred years... Just what this old house needed. The representative arrived on time and fixed the faucet within five minutes. No charge. Wow! We then asked him to take a look at the kitchen faucet. We had been given an estimate by another plumber several years ago that was over $1000 to replace this original 1927 wall mounted faucet. This young man called the company first to make sure they had the parts in stock, and then gave us an estimate we could live with. He came back a couple of days later, replaced the faucet, and that was that. Henry Bush Plumbing and Heating absolutely lives up to the great reputation they have in this community. prompt, courteous, honest. The best.

I contacted this provider and we made arrangements. He advised he would be here and we made an appointment. I waited for him from 8am until 12pm and he never showed up. He didnt even grant me the courtesy of giving me a call. He is very bad news!

The service guy was great, helpful and he didn't over charge or give us anything that we didn't need. They were prompt, they didn't make us wait and they showed up on their appointment time which was really nice.

They’re very professional. They came out the next day. I thought they gave a reasonable estimate. My neighbors decided not to go through with it.

The serviceman arrived within the determined time. Quickly ascertained the issues. He realized there was a leak from the tank as well as the loose bolt on the flange. He removed the tank, replaced the flapper and lever and installed the toilet all in just a little over an hour. The price was very reasonable for all the work that needed to be performed ultimately. I'd use them again in a heart beat. Extra bonus was that I called today expecting to schedule them for a couple of weeks in the future. Was pleasantly surprised to find they could come on the same day I called. This meant no taking time off from work which was a great help.

The plumber was late by about a half hour. I showed him where the leak was and he replaced the elbow joint. He was efficient and seemed to do a good job. He was in and out in about 40 minutes. I thought the price was way to high for the work needed. He also gave me a price to replace my water heater which was also too high. I will try to find someone less expensive in the future.

We had used this company for many years. About a year before this the faucets on one sink had valves replaced because of leaking. When they examined the recurring leak they said I should get a new set of faucets which cost a little over $1200 for that sink. I asked them to try replacing the leaking valve again and while they were at it to put stems in two similar sink faucets. They said if the leak returned they could not help and that I needed a total new faucet set not just one handle. When the leak returned a contractor, who was not a plumber, fixed it for $5.00. He then said he knew two plumbers that had previously worked for them and their policy was replace, not repair.

He was prompt, his office called to verify he was on his way. Explained very professionally how everything worked on the AC and expressed that he was glad that I was happy with his services especially since my unit is very old but it still works. Asked that I call back if there are any problems in the future.

The office staff was friendly. The technician came within the scheduled time frame. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes.

I had already torn out the old shower, replaced rotted wood and added more floor joists. I also left the floor open providing full access to all required plumbing. This prevented the plumber from having to go under the house which I believe was in the price quote. Anyway the plumber (Alan) did an excellent job. Where I have the issue with this company is that I spent over an hour with the parts department selecting the new shower control valve and all of the other plumbing components in order to help reduce the cost. Come to find out however that a week after the parts were scheduled to arrive that they had not even been ordered. I was not notified since they apparently did not know either. In their defense they are apparently implementing a new computer data base? I would definitely use the companies services again but would watch the schedule (parts and labor) very closely.

Tech was knowledgeable and dispelled misconceptions I had about air conditioning. It pays to have the proper advice and have your systeme checked every few years. Tech showed me what to check on my own and simple maintainence to stay on top of. I will call them back every couple of years since "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" as my neighbor is finding out.

I have been using their services pretty much off and on for the last six years. They not only fixed the leak but they also alerted me to the fact that the connector for my hot water tap was installed incorrectly and it was corroding. Had they not alerted me for that, at some point it would have essentially burst and flooded, so I had them replace it. For the sink, the metal piece around the drain had to be replaced and they went out of their way to find the brushed nickel part that went in there because they didn't have it in stock. Everything that they have done when they came over whether it had been with air conditioning, plumbing, or venting, they did a great job. Their price is right in the middle and I feel that the value and the professionalism that they brought for me every time has been worth every single penny of what I paid them.

Henry Bush was so helpful. They talked me through the entire process of what they were going to do which allowed me to see they were professionals. Then they replaced my A/C that day which was so great.

He (Les) spent over 6 hours at our house, never had to remove a toilet (like the company before did) and for just 30 minutes he asked if we could not flush or run water until the new above ground pipe for snaking the house out was hooked up. I run a licensed family day care home, children needing to wash their hands, use the bathroom the whole nine yards and we were able to stay open the whole day and the children never knew their was a problem nor a break in their routine. Even when he snaked out the kitchen and laundry room lines during nap time, the kids slept right through it, he was that good. He helped me keep upbeat and happy while dealing with this with his humor and worked with the fact it was nearing our Sabbath hours and finished up before sundown agreeing to come back Sunday morning to fill in the line which we totally agreed to and approved of and was very thankful that he was willing to work with us on that matter. Les you are the BEST and you made a very difficult situation 1000 times better. We cannot tell enough people about you and your company and I feel very honored to write this review.

Everything went really well. Chris was very informative and walked me through the entire process. He described why I didn't need as big of an A/C and everyone was very helpful.

Our water heater failed and the pilot light would not stay lit. As a result, we had no hot water for a couple days. I called another plumber (A-rated on Angie's list) and left a message, but he never called me. I called this company at about 7:20 in the morning, and the plumber was out to our home by about 8:10. He originally replaced the thermocouple, but his did not correct the problem. He identified the real problem, but the cost of this repair was almost half the cost of replacing the junky water heater that we already had. If we repaired the old water heater, we would still have the junky water heater, and a very real possibility that it would fail again. At this point, replacing the junky water heater with a better quality one made more sense than repairing the old one. despite the fact that replacement made sense, I never felt pressured to replace the old one. Steve was very professional, and communicated the problem, and the potential repair options clearly. Once the decision was made to replace the heater, the job was finished in just a couple of hours. He cleaned up after himself, and left the work area neat, and clean. I would definitely use, and recommend this company again

The representative of Henry Bush was very professional. He arrived on time and performed a complete diagnostic of the A/C system. Our upstairs unit was blowing out warm air. He temporarily installed a new run capacitor and found that the pressure readings indicated a restriction. He then prepared estimates of what it would take to repair the system. He recommended that the restriction be removed by flushing the entire system, replacing the run capacitor, and redesigning the air intake system. He believed that the system was designed poorly. The recommended repairs were to cost $5600. He was very thorough, but this option was not affordable to me. As a result, I contacted another local HVAC repair company with good reviews on Angie's List and they were able to do a more simple fix for $340. They essentially replaced the run capacitor and the connector and I was up in running in less than two hours. I believe that the Henry Bush technician had excellent expertise and was honest in his assessments. But for me, I needed a simplified repair. I chose to live with the small restriction in the AC system. Of course, it may turn out that the Henry Bush technician was correct and my compressor will be ruined by operating it this way, but I'm willing to take the chance for the large cost savings.

They did very well. We have been using them for years. They have a very knowledgeable parts counter. We had some gas line problem that we had them fix for us.
