+ -1 moreWe are very happy, over 15 years, with the companies security monitoring and customer service. We had the whole house hard wired, including every window and door. After about 10 years a window alarm malfunctioned and they were out right away to replace the sensor. The system has a back up battery and the control panel is easy to use.
Description of Work: Quality Alarm installed our hard wired security system during the building of our new home and we have been using them for security monitoring ever since.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT RESPONDING, IF THE ALARM WENT OFF, BY PHONE. THEY WOULD CALL, AND ASK FOR A PASSWORD. IF THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO CALL, THEN THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE.
Description of Work: SERVICE FOR THREE MONTHS. THEY MONITOR THE ALARM SYSTEM TO THE HOUSE, AND RESPONDED IF THE ALARM GOES OFF.
