drain cleaning
+ -1 moreThis firm deserves an "A" in every way. Everything was stopped up and we could not turn on a single faucet or use the toilets without water and sewer water pouring out. It was in the evening and we were frantic and started called every plumber we could find. We went on Angie's list and found a plumber, but his equipment was in the shop and he recommended Plumbtastic. Their employee showed up a few minutes later and assessed the problem as best he could. He gave us a very good estimate and said he would return in the morning. He showed up on time, was very honest and let us see his progress and explained everything he was doing. He never did anything without letting us know why. He did the most excellent job I have ever had done by any plumber. He did not make a huge mess of our yard, but kept his digging in small areas. Above all, he was honest and very patient. And, the price was more than fair.
Description of Work: Old home, so no safe access to pipes. Created a new access line in a "T" so any plumbing problem in the future would allow access to either the house or the septic tank. Then used a camera to determine the cause of the problem. (All drains stopped up with sewer water on the floors and tubs. ). Found where a pipe leading to the septic tank had been pulled out of alignment by an old tree. Dug another hole and installed a new pipe and attached it to the septic tank opening.
