My (very old) external hard drive was not connecting properly with my computer, and when it did connect I wasn't able to access any of the files. I called them and they walked me through some steps to try to fix it immediately, and when that didn't work I gave it to them and they fixed it within the week and got it back to me with all the documents I needed rescued off of it. They also offered to set the hard drive up so that it would be able to connect both with Macintosh and PC systems, I decided just to get a new one instead. This was all for below-market cost! They were very professional and speedy, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing computer repair. I found out they also give classes in computer use for those who have less experience and need some help (or even just some tips).
