+ -1 moreI was referred to MARS by my GC (Kincaid Development). Jim and Marilyn were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They offered 12 months, same as cash financing. I'll definitely go back when it comes time to pick new tile or hardwood.

+ 1 moreWe went with laminate wood floors and stairs and one room of carpet because we live near the beach, have 3 dogs and teenagers. Mars had a nice selection of all flooring options and Jim was very easy to work with and gave me ALL the options. We needed durable (3 dogs running around and sand), easy to clean (my old carpet was gross), nice looking ?wood? flooring. Jim suggested laminate because it looks nice and is durable. His installer Noe was great too. They demolished my old travertine and carpets and went right to work on my entire house. Noe is very attentive to detail and does a great job. I felt they gave me a very good price and quality work. I love my new floors! I would use Mars Carpets and flooring again.

+ 1 moreInstallation went better than we expected. Miguel was very courteous and accommodating. His work was so professional, no paint damage to base boards, super clean, and asked if there was any issues before he left. He cleaned up after himself and we had no left over material to deal with. Jim's installer that we dealt with gets a 12 out of 10! Highly recommended!
Description of Work: We moved out of our condo and bought a house, Jim was very friendly, professional, informative, and went the extra mile to answer our questions and find the perfect product. He came to our place and brought multiple samples, we decided on a few selections told him our concerns and he came back with more samples that met our needs better. In our condo we just replaced the carpet, in our new house we had carpet and laminate flooring installed. Was worried about the laminate flooring due to Rottweiler and Doberman that are indoors. We didn't post due to the fact we were leery of the laminate, but after a year the laminate still looks like the day it was installed.
