+ -1 moreLOWES DID A REALLY GOOD JOB ON REPLACING MY GARAGE DOORS. I WAS SO FED UP WITH HAVING A HEAVY WOODEN DOOR, THAT I GOT AN ALUMINUM DOOR INSTALLED. I ALSO HAD THEM install AN AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
Description of Work: WANTED TO CHANGE OUT MY OLD GARAGE DOOR TO A NEW ALUMINUM DOOR WITH WINDOWS. WENT TO THIS COMPANY TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK.

+ -1 moreTHEY LIED. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE AT A CERTAIN TIME AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE TO DO THIS PARTICULAR JOB AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR A DAY. LATER THEY SHOWED UP AND WORKED A LITTLE. NOW THEY HAVEN'T COME BACK TO FINISH THE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY PUT UP DRYWALL, TAPED IT, AND THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO TEXTURIZE IT.

+ 0 moreTHE PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS WHEN WE BOUGHT THE COUNTERTOPS. THEY WERE SAYING THEY WOULD CALL US TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE, AND THEY NEVER DID. SO I CALLED THEM AND I JUST GOT TRANSFERRED AROUND THE STORE. THE PAPERWORK GOT LOST AND IT DELAYED THE PROCESS ABOUT A WEEK.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CORIAN COUNTERTOPS IN THE KITCHEN.

+ -1 moreI DON'T THINK THE COMPANY ALLOWS ENOUGH STAFFING TO ALLOW THEM TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS GOOD SERVICE. YOU GO FOR THE PRICE. YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PURCHASE AND YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE DATE. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE THE CARPET ON THE FIRST AND NOW IT'S THE THIRD.

+ -1 moreIN ONE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM I WOULD GIVE THEM AN F-. THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM, THE SERVICE WAS REALLY BAD. I WAS INTERESTED IN WINDOW REPLACEMENTS, WHICH IS A LOT OF MONEY. THEY INSISTED ON COMING OUT AND MEASURING, WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME, BUT THEY NEVER CAME. I ENDED UP GOING BACK AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK. THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE SERVICE. THE SECOND TIME I WOULD GIVE THEM AN A. I BOUGHT THE OPENER AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AND PUT IT IN. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

+ -1 moreI WOULD GIVE THEM AN "F". I ORDERED A BATHROOM COUNTERTOP, CABINET, AND MIRROR ON THE 27TH OF MARCH, 2005 AND IT IS NOW JULY THE 28TH AND THE JOB STILL ISN'T COMPLETE. I WOULD GIVE THEY A "C" IN QUALITY OF WORK.

+ -1 moreIT WAS OK, EXCEPT FOR THE GUY WHO PUT THEM IN. HE TOOK MY DOOR CLOSER THAT WAS PUT IN THERE AND WHEN HE BROUGHT IT BACK, IT DIDN'T WORK ANY MORE. IT TOOK HIM TWO OR THREE WEEKS TO BRING IT BACK.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE OLD GARAGE DOORS, PUT IN NEW TRACKS AND PUT IN NEW DOORS. IN THE GARAGE THEY HOOKED UP A REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE DOOR.
