Description of Work: Replaced the rolling casters on two game table chairs and braced the hinges on a sewing cabinet door. The only reason I am giving Kramers a D instead of an F is that the brace for the sewing cabinet door works fairly well. The caster replacement for the chairs was a disaster. I took the door and the chairs and to door to their shop and picked them up so there was no delivery charge. They told me what type of casters to purchase and I purchased those and delivered those to their shop, as well, so there was very little charge for materials. The casters began falling off within 3-4 months. The casters were also installed improperly causing the wood to split on several of the chair legs. These were quality chairs from Century furniture and are now basically worthless. I will never use Kramers again and would not recommend them.

Description of Work: We were in contact by phone. I sent pictures as he requested. He acknowledged receipt of those picture. He then gave me an exaggerated price of $1000.00 for refinishing the arms and base of four upholstered club chairs. Upholstery was in good condition so it was not included in price. I asked him if he would pick them up and I think he thought the price would scare me off. He said he would call me before he picked them up. Been about three months, so I don't think he is going to call. I really didn't like the price, but boy, that's bad business.

+ -1 moreHe was supposed to come on Tuesday, and he said he would call before he came. He did not show up and he did not call me. Since he did not bother to call me, I am now uncomfortable letting him take any of my furniture and would worry that he would not return it in any type of timely manner. I even gave him a few days to get a hold of me but he never did.

+ -1 moreWayne Kramer came in as scheduled and removed all of the doors and drawers, taped up the cabinets to protect the insides. He celled, sanded and painted the cabinets. He then brought in the painted doors, installed new hinges (concealed). It took around two weeks to complete the job. Wayne was careful to protect surfaces while he was painted. The cabinets took several coats of paint, for example the doors took six coats. Wayne did the majority of the work, and he was responsive to phone calls. The kitchen cabinets and downstairs bathroom cabinets look great.
Description of Work: They refinished our kitchen, island and downstairs cabinets, replaced the hardware.

+ -1 moreKramers came in, very professional and on time. They did their work and cleaned up each day. Kramer's really cleaned up the mess from the previos contractor and made our new kitchen look like a new kitchen.
Description of Work: We had a contractor remodel our kitchen They put in new cabininet that were cracked and the finish was below ameteur in quality. Kramer's came in and redid the whole finsh process and the cabinets look great.

+ -1 moreIT WAS GREAT. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEY CALLED BEFORE THEY PUT THE FINISH ON IT SO I COULD SEE IT AND MAKE SURE THE COLOR WAS WHAT I WANTED BEFORE THEY DID IT. IT WAS REALLY GREAT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT CAME OUT EXACTLY AS I HAD HOPED. IT WAS A VERY GOOD JOB.
