Reached out to Shane and he was very prompt and very detailed when I was speaking with him about a project we had here at the house. He made himself available for us the next day, which I really appreciate because we needed to get this job done and his work was absolutely amazing. Really cool guy with an amazing personality and detail to work and perfection. Anybody looking for somebody like this Shane is the man.

I'm giving five stars to Shane Konikow not just because the job was done well-- the install was flawless; not just because he and his crew was courteous-- they were prompt, responsive, and polite; not just because the quote was reasonable-- his pricing was honest and transparent. This business earned five stars because Shane is an electrician who cares deeply about his customers-- which is easy to say, but nigh impossible to find-- going well above and beyond to do the right thing. I hired Konikow Electric for a car charger install that involved trenching. The quote was painless, over text, and he came by a few days later to do the job. Little did he know, the solar panel company who upgraded my breaker box miswired my AC unit (they swapped the hot and neutral for one pole), and the wirenut for the miswired neutral came loose during the charger installation. When I came home in the evening, my son's bedroom was ~90 degrees. I called Shane at 6:30, he rushed over to my house in half an hour, testing my entire panel, the AC unit, the service disconnect, even the fuses. He told me that he won't leave until the problem is fixed the same evening. After testing everything himself, he worked with my neighbor who's an AC tech for another hour to narrow down the miswired cable. In total, he spent 3 hours of his evening helping me fix my unit and refuses to be paid for it. I've hired my fair share of contractors. It's easy to find someone who can run a conduit or two, but when you find a business like this, know that they're few and far in between. He has earned my business, and you should give him a shot too.

Shane went out of his way(literally) to find this part for my electrical panel. I would have been looking at a $3,000 for an entire replacement panel had he not found the panel bussing. He searched heaven and earth until he found the part and he found it! Now my family has AC, internet, and we aren’t at risk of an electrical fire anymore. I would most definitely recommend Shane for any electrical work.

I was very pleased with the work performed. Needed help with my a/c every time I tried to use it it would run for a few minutes and then pop the breaker. After having them come out found out I needed 30amps to run a/c and it was on a 15amp. So they changed the electrical outlet and it works great now! Thanks again

Konikow Electrical Services did a outstand job! I needed help with parking lot lighting on photovoltaic timer. Also receptacle outlets and independent power for security. I was given a good price I could not refuse and im so happy I used his service. Things went smooth from sourcing the material to the actual install.
