Angel called ahead as requested and arrived at the committed time. When I showed him the two small pieces of furniture he said, "Oh no, it will cost you $50 more." Seeing that he was only having to clean less than a half of the Master bedroom due to the furniture in place when the coupon included 3 rooms of not more than 250 square feet, my request seemed reasonable. To his credit, he did give me good understanding about the fabrics he was cleaning how best to do so. But that's his job and now looking back on my paying an extra $35 for something he should have done according to the coupon, I'm saying to Immaculate Cleaning "don't cash my check for the extra $35". He was pushing for extra work. We had a microfiber couch which he looked at and suggested we clean. I want my cleaners to come in and ask what I want then do it without any static. Angel did good work and he's pleasant and easy to deal with, but stop trying to increase the costs, OK?

Immaculate Cleaning Services is a standard housekeeping service with a few differences. Right now, the owner and her help comes out to every job. So, there are four of them and they're pretty quick. They use green, nontoxic products for all their cleanings. They're really reliable. If anything should get broken, they're really good at getting it replaced, immediately, such as things like a toilet cover. The owner is there every time, so I feel I can trust them a little more. She supervises them and she's very specific how she trains new people and what tasks she has them doing. Those are the good things. I don't know if it's the standard problem with housecleaning services, but there are things that just don't ever get done, even though I talked about her doing some jobs that are occasional. I tend to fall back into the standard household routine and do not do the extras. Like, I have to go and say, "The baseboards haven't been dusted in a year, two years." They would never get that dusty, if it were me doing the work or dusting underneath cushions. Then she's like, "All right, let me get right to it." So, she's really good at doing what you want. I would love to have a housekeeper service that could just take care of every thing, including the occasional job. Sometimes, she'll do occasional things, like dusting the silk plants I have around the house. They do not clean carpets and blinds. But we still have them. They're on the high end for costs, and they do use costly products because they're green products. On the other hand, I know who's coming into my house and that they're trustworthy.

This is a very professional service. They are detail orientd: clean out the microwave, the outside of the garabage cans, windows and glass in the kitchen, put clean linen on beds, etc. Nice job! I have been using them for 2 years.

They were fine and did a good job. I made arrangements with another company, but they didn't show up, so I called Immaculate Cleaning Service and wanted somebody in a short notice. They showed right off and did it.

They are incredibly awesome. I have not seen anybody so efficient about giving an estimate. She wouldn't do it over the phone and came to the house. She had a check and was a very clear communicator. She was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They cleaned the whole house. They are efficient and they do a good job. They clean my fan blades, inside of my microwave and my garbage can which gets really dirty. They pay attention to detail. They do the most excellent job in the house and they don't break anything or mess things up while they are on the job. I have them scheduled to come every other month.

The team, owner and additional help arrive promptly at the scheduled time with all their own supplies and equipment. All eco-friendly, non-toxic products are used to complete the cleaning. All standard housecleaning jobs are done, including re-making beds, and even some straightening. Sometimes does occasional jobs. Always very careful with belongings and replaces anything damaged in any way. Very professional. I wish they were a little less expensive, but the extra care, work and non-toxic products are important to my family. I also wish they could do more occasional work - ie: see what needs doing and take care of it, but we probably would need to have them come more often to do that. The price does go down with increased frequency of service.

Prompt, thorough, pleasant to deal with and an all around good company. Approx. cost is for bi-monthly.

First of all, my home is generally well maintained and I have very few knick knacks, etc. I cleaned my house the day before they came and put away all almost everything but my small appliances so they could spend their time doing the activities I don't get to - such as washing the baseboards, etc. Some of the work was good - the floors were scrubbed very well, couches were vacuumed, refrigerator cleaned (paid extra for this). Though, did pay extra to have blinds cleaned, and some were not cleaned. They are supposed to wash all of the baseboards - this was not done, in fact they weren't even dusted other than in the bathrooms. Fingerprints (what few existed) around light switches and doorknobs were not cleaned. Bathroom sink had to be cleaned again - whatever cleaning fluid was used was pooled in the recessed area around the basin. Cobwebs were not knocked down - ceiling fixtures were not dusted - they're supposed to dust ceiling fans. Sorry to say I wouldn't use them again.
