We create a complete visual package that works with your architecture’s aesthetic and your surrounding biomes. This takes not only a keen eye for visual detail, but also an expansive knowledge of biology and ecology. We are passionate about landscaping and the environment. After getting estimates by three other companies, I chose HF Plus because I loved the computer generated design sketch they produced for me, and also because of their overall value and reasonable cost of the entire project. The all-inclusive cost proposal was presented with a payment schedule, as well as a step-by-step delivery and installation agenda. Completion took a little longer due to the unexpected rainy winter; nonetheless HF Plus completed the project (February 2017) with no issues or extra costs resulting. I hired HF Plus again in May 2017, to replace old shrubbery in my side yard to match the beautiful rear yard.
Description of Work: HF Plus Landscape designed and installed my rear yard landscape, which included a water-saving irrigation system, a wonderful color pallet of water-wise trees (24” box) and shrubs (5 gal), and underground drainpipes.

Karl the horticulturist and Rochelle discussed what she wanted. Karl had many suggestions. One of his men cleaned out the area. Karl obtained the new material and his man instilled everything. They had to pull out some old sprinkler systems & install new.
Description of Work: Cleaned out flower bed in front of home and entry way, planted new trees and plants and restocked the bark ground cover.

HFplus Landscape has been doing landscape design and installation work for this customer off and on for over three years at their residence. In the past, we re-designed and re-built most of their front and back yard to their full satisfaction. They referred us to people in their neighborhood. After completion of a clean up and pruning job in their planter beds at the entrance and the front of the house, including the replacement of 3 drip irrigation nozzles, I asked kindly for a review for Angies list. We just had joined and where looking to build our reference list. I certainly would not ask for a review, if by chance the customer is not happy. To my complete surprise, I saw a B instead of an A. At no point has this customer ever mentioned any dissatisfaction to me or my worker. Interesting enough,in his report he stated, that he will hire us again, and he did. In November, 5 month later that same year, they had us plant a large tree for them. The job that was reviewed, did not include lawn sprinkler work, no trees where planted as stated in the review. We have been in the landscape design and installation business for over 40 years and do all we possibly can, to do the job right and make our customers happy. If at any time something is not totally satisfactory, we make it right, no questions asked. We still have a good relationship with this customer.
