The workers were on time. I did not care for the place they picked to run the dryer vent out of the house so I asked if they would reconsider. I pointed out that the location they chose would defeat my purpose of running the vent to remove the heat and humidity out of the house. Tha workers agreed when I pointed this fact out and adjusted their plan. I was a little put out about the price, but the job was completed without any problems.

We used Flue Season Chimney Sweeps last Fall. They were very professional and quick.

Arrived on time, One employee swept chimney from soot and cleaned plugged cap. The other vacuumed plus otherwise cleaned inside of the stove. Provided tarps that protected carpet and other ares of house.

Phil came 15 min early (great!) and always explains anything I ask he keeps my floors clean while he works.

Phil was on time and finished in 40 min. He was professional and informative.

He called to say what time he would arrive and arrived right on time, very professional. Set up and did what he said he would do. Cleaned up and left the place cleaner than when he arrived.

Phil and Thomas were very punctual. Also friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned out the flue, vacuumed up the mess and left the house looking like they found it. Unfortunately I need to add more to the chimney to bring it to code so they'll be back this afternoon. They also need to add a new cap/spark arrestor. Very happy with their professionalism.

While cleaning chimney, notice a swamp cooler leak. Fixed at no charge. Set appointment for start up and repair for may 16Th. Got hot, asked if they could fix us in they did. Had service on 5/9/12.

Flue Season called to let me know they could come earlier than stated. They brought their own equipment. They were professional and friendly. They were very clean and thorough. I asked them if they could check a dryer vent. They had extra time and cleared the dryer vent/installed a lint alert system as well. they were very clean and professional and worked quickly. They also let me know that a car tire was low on air. They were a pleasure to do business with and I will call them again next year.

Tehnician Phil arrived on time and after our usual greeting, he went right to work. As always he disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the unit, checked the vent for CO2 emissions, then removed his equipment. Even checked my dryer vent before he left.
