Year after year, I count on them to be on time, professional, and friendly as they skillfully get the job done. They know all about stoves and chimneys and they take care to keep my house clean.

He was perfect. He was on time, very professional and I will have them do work for me again. He is very neat and tidy, and no dirt was left. He is wonderful and great to work with. They are a very good company, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Overall the experience was great! The office manager, Bernard, was extremely helpful and joyful to work with. He educated me in how to use a chimney correctly, how the damage came to be, and the different options for fixing the problem. I was provided four different options with estimates and Bernard discussed each and everyone of them with me. He worked efficiently with the insurance company and the tenants, and when I considered repairing with an upgrade he worked with the electrician and plumber (for the gas line) to get estimates from them. He also provided links for information on the products that were going to be used. Did I mention what a pleasure it was working with Bernard? It is true. Once all my questions were answered and my decision made they had the chimney repaired in a day. The work done on the cap looks beautiful and strong, and the fireplaces is working great!

He arrived on time, evaluated the dryer, the vent and the outside location of the exhaust, pulled the dryer out, and used a brush and vac to bring all of the lint out. He then went to the outside location and did the same. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. Very good work. He also offered to stop by after 6 months and check the exhaust temp to be sure it was still unplugged

As it turned out the stove had not been installed to code and recommended not using it. We had just bought this REO house and did not have any history imformation on it. The service man provided us with valuable safety information which we had no way of learning on our own.

One night, late, my roommate opened the door to the fireplace insert and the fire from the insert billowed out at her and burned her hair and slightly on her face. She told me about it first thing in the morning. I called Bob immediately and he told me not to use the fireplace before he got there. He came out within an hour. Immediately saw what was the matter(my chimney cover was clogged)and took care of the problem. He was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient.
