The plumber was very polite but a bit condescending. I had purchased a kitchen faucet and wanted an estimate on installation. The plumber talked me into using a faucet he was able to provide which was more expensive but certainly nicer. After looking at the toilet issue which was reseating it, I was talked into redoing stuff in the tank as a preventative measure as well. Nothing was broken. I felt I had been talked into stuff that I didn't want and decided after thinking it over to not use this business. Their quote seemed high and I feel stupid paying them 85$ for this visit. I think that should have been a red flag. Live and learn.

Work was done fast and in and profession matter but the cost was a little to high for me switch over to someone else more in line with my budget

I own rentals in Cottonwood and have used Wallner for many jobs over the last few years. The last time was for a leaking faucet in one of the bathrooms in January, 2013. They are always professional and prompt and I consider them my partner with my rentals (even if they don't know it). They are usually my first call for most tenant problems. They have come out to light a pilot light for my elderly tenant on New Year's Eve as well as major work such as digging up and repairing lines to the septic tank. I do not hesitate to contact them and believe their prices to be fair. The techs that work on my properties are there when they say they will be and do their best to complete the job quickly and correctly. Over the last few years, I have probably spent more than $3,000 and another small job is currently pending for them to come in and complete. I live out of state so I appreciate their hard work and receptiveness.

I needed a plumber to remove a little bottle I dropped down the toilet. We'd used and liked Wallner previously. I called a couple of other well-rated plumbers and since Wallner's estimate was about the same, we decided to go with the one we already liked. The appointment time was 3-5 pm and their office person called to tell us it would be closer to 5 pm. Johnathon was right on time and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person. He explained a few things to me and even asked if he could sit down to fill out his paperwork. I used a $10-dollar-off coupon and voila. We will definitely use Wallner again.

Overall, it went very well. The faucet was scheduled to be installed between one and three. About two we had a call that Daren Clay was on the way. He arrived about 20 minutes later and worked steadily to complete the job with courtesy and good humor. We are completely satisfied.

We had very good service with Wallner Pumbing. They are not cheap, but they did a fair job. This time the price wasn't as bad as sometimes. I think it was a fair price at the time. You couldn't ask for any nicer than the young man that came out and did the work. He was very friendly and he cleaned up after himself.

It was an average experience using this company. Most of these jobs were small, but the work was good.

I called the number I found in the Yellow Pages and the lady answered and was very professional. She said they would send out a truck between 1 and 3 PM this afternoon. I received another call around 11:45 and was informed they had a truck that had finished early and would send it out asap. I was overjoyed. Bob came right in and I explained everything and he went right to work. Finshed about forty-five minutes later and he cleaned up everything and was a very pleasant person to work with.
