Description of Work: He came late, took way too long, and didn't get the power turned on before he left. The tenants had no power for 24 hours- then they had to be compensated for food that went bad. We asked him to compensate to pay them back/ he said no, we deducted it from his check/ tenants weren't too happy. He did get the job done, we won't use him again.

 + -1 moreTwyman Plumbing and Electric arrived within 30 minutes of my initial phone call to assess the project and provide a ball park cost estimate. Suggested a cheaper way of accomplishing the goal of putting the pool sweep on a separate control timer from the pool filter. Returned in about 3 hours and completed the installation. End result looksvery professional. I called two days later because of a small glitch in the operation of the new timer. Twyman quickly returned and promptly fixed the glitch courteously and at no additional charge. I'd gladly call him back for future projects.
Description of Work: Installed a second timer to operate pool sweep motor/pump independent of pool filter.

 + -1 moreHe is fantastic. He is available; he comes and gets it done. It doesn't take very long and often times very quickly. His pricing and quality is good. The estimate of the cost was less than what we had to pay; that's always good too. We have already used him again.
Description of Work: Twyman Plumbing and Electric replaced a piece of the sewer for us. We had a serious sewer problem.
