Due to forest fires, finding people to do jobs in construction or who will even have time for appointments is very difficult. My needs were met. I was squeezed in. Time use was very efficient. The price was right (he could have charged more). A very good experience.

The termite treatment is not done yet, so this eval is incomplete. I graded them down a bit because the estimate for termite treatment of about eight feet of one bedroom sas around $2500. What would it have been for a whole home? Hugh Wang

Professional, prompt, and reasonable priced. I actually asked Andy if he thought a complete inspection was in order and to my surprise he said no. He said he was almost certain that a localized treatment would suffice and it did.

Andy Bongiorno owns the company and he came to inspect the house. He was professional in appearance, manner, and from my experience, in the inspection that he did. He answered my questions and went about getting the job done. Mr. Bongiorno quite obviously knows what he is doing! He is a pleasant, quietly friendly man who gives a sense of trust. Yes! I would recommend him.
