We are truly sorry that [member name removed] isn't happy with the work that we did to do his job correctly. The pruning that was done to balance his tree on the neighbor's side was due to the extreme pruning that he insisted be done to his Sycamore on his side. The additional pruning, at our cost, was done in order to mitigate risk to the neighbor. This was the only way that we could, in good conscience, prune as he requested. The additional pruning to other trees was contracted by his daughter, paid for by his daughter, and done to her approval. We regret that we were unable to return his payment, after four months time, as demanded.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the job. I had a VERY large tree in a very tight space that has worried me for a long time. Now my worries are gone. There was a little problem with some concrete damage, but as I said it was a very tight space and they took every precaution to avoid any damage and also said they would fix it. In the end I chose to have the stump ground out (which wasn't included in the contract) and had them leave the concrete. They cleaned up the mess, which was quite substantial due to the size of the tree. Yes, I would use their service again.

The owners came out to evaluate what I wanted done. Had paperwork with their information on it ~ license and insurance coverage.|We discussed all the options and I signed a contract.|They came out the next day and did a super job. They also thoroughly cleaned up the area when they were finished.

Runyon's was very thorough, very professional, and receptive to my input. Its price was reasonable, and it cleaned up nicely after the job was done.
